its a great company just labor brokers, it would maybe have been different without them. The environment is good just the pay is not that great.u learn a lot and in a sort space of time.

Great rope to learn new and perferct communication skills and soft skills
It is a place surrounded by friendly people, hard working and passionate. I normally get straight shift for only a week. I learn a lot on working independently. Working with hard to reach goals and monthly targets
Pros: Opportunity to learn. Dealing with different kinds of people and different attitudes and moods. Learning skills on how to communicate.

Excellent working environment
i have a good working relationship with my co-workers, and since i have started i learnt a lot, i have been to training and everything. i enjoy most what i am currently doing and be there for Customers.

Excellent learning curve
I had a very good relationship with my co-workers. I have learned to work with BSM alerts escalating some alerts of which was for permanent staff, got that one opportunity to work as one of them. BSM was a very busy side the challenge was for me to multitasking even though I managed,.

Good communicatin skills,team player,can analyze problems
well basically here i deal with customers on a daily basis,deal with contracts,sim swops,upgrades,direct sales,manage stock,deal with complaints and stuff like that,working with my team is the best thing ever as we get along well and i enjoy ever minute of it when am with them,i have many things here such as being computer literate
