Good Corporate experience

I resigned at Vodacom last year June, it was great working with my team . We practiced an agile way I resigned at Vodacom last year June, it was great working with my team . We practiced an agile way of working and worked well as a ten. I learned that I cannot do things on my own but with a help from core workers I can do it. I enjoyed seeing us always achieving our targets though it was challenging to get everyone to submit their work in time but find a way to come up with one solution in order to achieve a common goal of working and worked well as a ten. Pros: Got to understand that behind every job there is a customer that we need to please
Cons: Working on holidays and sometimes long hours to get stock in the warehouse

Fast Learner

Amazing customer experience interaction at all touch points of the business

my jobs has taught me how to apply care on every customer interaction, this is because our company has a vision that relates with me. the vision is to be admired and loved by our customers. i believe this vision relates to me because i am customer obsessed and would do anything to keep a customer for a business i am representing as i also think our customer are our greatest ambassadors and should be treated with respect and care.

Learning n getting more experience

Learning more about costumer service and knowing how to convince costumers ,always knowing how to overcome challenges in the work industry most of all we know that costumers are always right so u wkeays have to work with smile even when you get difficulties font lose it just call the manager to and help .always remember to thank the costumer's even in how matter it is.....

Customer service

A typical day for me at work would helping customers what their needs and ensuring they are satisfied when they exit the store. What i enjoy most of working is the sales part , i love fhe adrenaline of going after that sale, and keepikg in competition wit myself. I love working with people, especially teamwork. Around this i have learnt alot of thingy , not only have i gained experience but also i learnt how to control myself in certian situations. Most challenging aspect of the job is find , because where it is based.

Cons: Long working hours. hence i want to study again (part-time)

Excellent learning curve

It was really great working there working hours were reasonable the culture and vibe were great theres is also growth we always had training so it was a great learning curve the team buildings were good we got to know and understand each other

I do face to face customer service handle them in a very good manner.

I work with account difficult customer easy to handle the pressure knowing the system and loving what I do. I also work well with my colleagues believe in team work and take ownership of the queries.

Pros: there are so many challenges dealing with irate customer some would force things to be done or resolved now off which sometimes impossible due to accessibility on the system where by escalations needs to be done . But I never complain try to do thing to the best of my ability and as well to the customers best interest.
Cons: work 12hr shift and 6hr shift
