Good customer services

Enjoy working with customer because i personally learn and interact with both colleagues, customers and management. So that makes me to grow on a daily basis. The most important part is to take my customer as my employer and tried to resolve any querie that brought to my attention and put my self in their shoes and make it a point that the administrative side is clean and easy to submit to any superior that will look for it. Customer services is the key in the field that i am working

Pros: I make it a point that anything that is on promotion reach my customer as soon as possible because they are the pilker of my success and makes them happy
Cons: I always work long hours on a daily basis

I was able to grow in knowledge

My expierence in working for the company was helpful it groomed me to be knowledgeable about different working environments. Daily I would be assisting vodashops and sales department with product information for commercial purposes and also data capturing was part of my duties. Working with a diversed people was exciting and tough but we understood the greater picture of being in the department.

My key perfomance duties

The project management office is the central point communicating will other departments e.g Radio Planning, Transmission, Core network team and property management. My role is to make sure of the following:  Arrange and facilitate project and departmental meetings  Responsible for end-to-end implementation of all approved projects within the region.  Contractor recruitment process

Good training for admin work and customer services

It's nice to work at vodacom, the environment it's good, friendly co workers and hard workers. The challenge I have is when the shift does not change like working grave yard for all most 6 months because the is a lot of agents so it take time to rotate. i like attending customers queries and give solution at first instance, I also like to train new staff and motivate not performing teams since am always meeting and exceeding the stats.as I am a hard worker i need growth and new challenges in the industry.

Pros: great opportunity for grow.
Cons: fixed contract.
