Learning to adapt and face challenges head on
Working with a team as team to achieve a common goal which is to assist customers right the first time Getting along with your team members makes it to work inn a callcentre enviroment since your teammates are also your support system which makes the job easier especially when dealing with those challenging queries. Having to deal with customers over the phone can be a challenge especially those who are'nt familiar with the product they are using since you're unable to demonstrate to them and that's where I've learnt to be patient and work with them to get the query resolved and when all is done I feel proud that I have taught them how to resolved the problem on their own

Excellent learning curve
My day is not an ordinary day , it changes as the day goes on. We have meetings and reports due any time of the day. I work extremely close with the business units, we have an excellent relationship as communication is key. I have learnt about the different equipment used in the Vodacom sites, and how it operates. I learnt about the targets that each business unit has and work it entails to reach the target. I enjoy a challenge, and in this environment we are challenged all the time. there is never a dull moment or where you have nothing to do, you have to think and each situation that we experience is unique. I think the most challenging things about my job is staying away from , as there is always things that needs to be done and there is never a moment that you are never required or needed.
Pros: i am a quick thinker, learner, i am always willing to asssit and can never say no t helping others
Cons: I can never say no, i will say that is a cons. As it is good and bad. good - helping people however bad - can be that people take advantage of my kind nature

Its good experience for me coz I'm getting both managing and admin knowledge and my airm is to learn as much as I can so I can built a career for my self so I can give my child the life I never had opportunity and better education

Project Management related functions, budget, scope and recources
Day to day management of resources in terms of cost and contractors. To ensure that the projects been delivered within scope, budget and Time according to service level agreements. Prepare management reports and provide feedback on weekly basis. Have contractor meetings to discuss progress and delivery within SLA's. Excellent working relationship with coworkers, this is essential for teamwork. I am working under tremendous pressure and enjoy solving problems. Most challenging aspects is to complete project in time under current financial and limited resource conditions.

Excellent experience gained
a typical work day for me basically is coming to work with a positive mind set knowing what is expected of me today. I love working with people not only do i enjoy being in the company of customers but as well as my co-workers, rather not co-workers but famliy. i have a lot since i have started as a sales consultant, what i have learnt the most is how to control my emotions in certain situations. and also how to go about dealing with difficult customers. The feeling of a sales coming on just gives me an adrenaline rush, reason why i love sales is because everyday you get to do something better. most challenging aspects of the job is , competition, everybody wants to be on top, and this is where greed comes in , and jealousy

Work Experience
I am an Engineer with over 7 years telecommunications working experience. I have extensive experience in the GSM industry. I have worked in maintenance, planning, design, development and integration of charging services such as prepaid and postpaid billing. I am currently employed in Engineering Department where I do maintainance and support, convert customer needs into tangible products and services and also co-ordinate projects. I am a hard worker who possesses excellent planning and organising skills and have the ability to work well under pressure.
