Excellent project management skills

Currently working on an obligation project target and deadlines needs to be reach to a certain standard. The challenges we facing it’s when we get a vetted list of school of both ICASA and department of education to implementing a Vodacom solution where else there’s no network or the school it’s not up to date in terms of security or there’s already a similar solution from other telecommunications service providers. I’ve grown tremendously because i get to communicate with all the stakeholders from different departments involved in the project. What i enjoy most it’s when we launch a solution in a specific school how educators express them self toward the solution it’s amazing, heartfelt. I’m grateful to be part of the project it remains me how precious life can be and how many humble people are out there .

The current company I'm working at...the environment and the management together with my colleagues are very welcoming and we treat each other with respect..and love one another..there is space for growth and lessons to be groomed..it's an awesome place to be at..

I am motivated and Hardworking.

I am Kholofelo Teffo. I am currently doing system support, business Continuity Management, and more . My day always start with a stand up meeting at 7:00 where we share the Environment management issues of we have any problems with the server / infrastructure issue, also check any application issues test and if all is well we continue with the day. Who is driving pressing issues that need to be escalated . Start with the review of the incident report and any issues with categorasation of incident we address with the incident management. Look at the list of issues that I am driving and follow up with respective team. As we Re currently going agile I review changes and make sure if they addressed the issue and test cases are available and business has approved and they were informed and proper hand over has been conducted.

Pros: As much as we do everything, we learn a lot in terms of service management. SLA and prioritisation of issues
Cons: I need to grow.

Good communication industry

Duties on NT I am currently working at Vodacom as Customer administrator consultant, Since January 2017 until to date. I am responsible in processing service request received from client, receiving customer’s request via Service request (SRM) Icap workflow and action them according to the defined TAT &set SLA’S. Creation new mobile account numbers and hardware account, placing orders for customer request devices, sim card and contingency stock, responding and resolving customer’s service request. Migrations of lines to the new commercial agreement, Process cancellation of contract and blacklisting devices, Activation of newlines and ports, Activation of vas.

Pros: Great industry of learning
Cons: Long working hours

Great company great perks. Leaders listen to your people

find that its extremely important to model behaviour that is exudes moral values.Whilst my previous employer thrives on policies of code of conduct the policies however fails the subordinates when misconduct comes from leaders. My relationship with co workers has always been one of nurturing and guidance

Excellent opportunities for growth

It is a good learning environment; innovative and entrepreneurial spirit environment, welcoming, geat opportunities for growth, good leader-to-employee relationship, motivation for taking intiative, team work and team building events . I have learnt to be more independent and take initiative, I have learnt to be more confident in doing presentations and researching on my own.
