ABOUT 8 HOURS A DAY MY DAY STARTS AT 9 OCLOCK AND WE DO THE NORM AND WHAT WE PASSIONATE ABOUT ANSWER CALLS ANS SERVE CUSTORMERS WHO ALWAYS COMPLAIN ABOUT DATA DISCOUNTS.I HAD A PROFFECIONAL FRIENDSHIP WITH MY COLLEAGES AND THEY WERE A TEAM WE HELPED EACH OTHER ALWAYS.MY BEST STREANGHTH IS THAT I CAN WORK UNDER PRESSURE AND BECAUSE OF THE WORK ETHIC THAT I HAVE I CAN MANAGE PRESSURE SO ENJOYED THE TENCENESS OFF HARD DAYS AT WORK.IT WAS CHALLENGING WHEN WE SHORT OF STUFF MEMBERS MAYBE SO OF US IS AT A SICK LEAVE OR ATTENDING EMERGENCY

Cons: LAZY FRIDAYS AND WE COULDNT WAIT TO GO HOME AND RESTBAFTER A LONG HARD DAY

I do face to face customer service handle them in a very good manner.

I work with account difficult customer easy to handle the pressure knowing the system and loving what I do. I also work well with my colleagues believe in team work and take ownership of the queries.

Pros: there are so many challenges dealing with irate customer some would force things to be done or resolved now off which sometimes impossible due to accessibility on the system where by escalations needs to be done . But I never complain try to do thing to the best of my ability and as well to the customers best interest.
Cons: work 12hr shift and 6hr shift

Ex

My day strats with pulling daily reports, doing stock takes, answering calls, backing up data ( like database),Dealing with repairs, Greeting the managers that comes in, filing, cash-ups. My relationship with my co-workers are very good because each individual have their own personality and you need to adapt to each person.

Pros: I love working for this company but i moved to paarl so to travel to stellenbosch is far
Cons: I can work long hours.

Good learning experience

it is my duty to work with customers on a daily basis providing good service at all times. I have a very good relationship with my co-workers and we work very well in assisting each other where either one of us may fall short. I have learnt many different skills from time management, organisational skills, marketing, self discipline, computer skills, accuracy. I enjoy most about my job working with different people daily.

You learn an extreme amount about business

very high end corporate environment, fast paced and pro-active.The environment is demanding but independent. you learn to work as a team and individual. I enjoy the amount of experienced gained and to learn how big corporates operate. Our teams work is in high demand en therefor can be stressful as we work on stringent timelines and deadlines. I have a very good relationship with co-workers.

Great place to learn how to give customers the best Service

I have learned that customers are kings/queens.Never promise a customer something that you won’t deliver. Customers are different and you need to be able to adjust your emotions. To be the best agent you’ll need to have a great relationship with your colleagues.A Customer query never need to stop cause you are not around .Always do a hand over when you know your not going to at work.

Pros: You get to see and interact with different people
Cons: Long working hours and no time to be with family.

Progressive and fast paced

Nice people and great environment. But if you are not in the right position, growth will be not possible. The work can be stressful at times and the hours can be long. Certain positions can be stagnant through.
