I had worked at Akeso Clinic with Mmoni Aphani. There I had the chance to serve my reception/admin clerk skills and customer services for 2 an half years, during my 3 months’ probation which was decisive in choosing my career path. Besides work experience I participated in a great range of social activities and held roles as an assistant to every doctor that need help and colleagues too. During those activities I sometimes worked overtime and sometimes would lead the team if my senior admin clerk was absent. Taking part in extra-curricular activities provided me with invaluable organizational, public communication and leadership skills

Curremtly working at vodacom. looking for new job as im having finacial dufficult at the job
I'm currently working as a credit controller and havethe skills ti help client solve there problem. I hereby work with business process. Computers and handset. I have the skills to meet clients needs and wants. I also like working in a team and bring solution across as it is a call centre. Communication is the key to satisfaction. I hereby apply for this job as I don't see myself moving forward, as the salary is not meet my needs and wants.

Fast learner
Ive learned to work with clients, to work under pressure, long hours. For all the hard work at the end off the day has his positive influence on all the staff in the store, working with your team mates is every day a challenge as for everyone has their own personalitys. The big challenge for working for a big company like vodacom is, there is every something new to learn

When i first walked into Vodacom i did not know half of the things about phones than i know now its realy an great job for learning but the hours and off days are my biggest isue and i need to move on.. find something new to do

Collection exprience
I enjoy reaching the ultimate goal in each and every call I make, assisting clients is the most enjoyable experience ever. I love Team challenges and working together as team that way I get to interact with my co-workers and get to know each other better but getting to solve a query that its not within my department is the most challenging aspect of the job as I don't like giving clients incorrect information to clients

EXCELLENT WORKING EXPERIENCE
I am a team player and my relationship with co workers was exceptional i have learned positive attitude, management skills and sales target, as well as discipline,my computer literacy allows me to enjoy my work and product knowledge, moreover assisting clients and reach their expectations makes me happy, the most challenge that i experience daily is to deal with difficult customers, but through positive attitude and willingness to assist the , i overcome stress

Excellent customer services
A typical work day at this company is quite fast paced so i have to be on my feet . my relatinship with co - workers are good as we all get along and work as a team . i have learnt great customer service skills as well as administrative duties as well as manager duties. i enjoy mostly helping others as it has become a real passion of mine . the most challenging aspects are stock availability and customer relations as we are now and then out of stock that customers seek.
