Different workplace set up
At my current employment the hours that we work fluctuate as they a controlled by when do we service the last patient as set by daily targets. We all get along as colleague's as we spend a lot of time with other due to the setup of the environment we work in . Due to the fact that we travel the whole of South Africa providing Services you get to learn about different cultures and at the same time appreciate wonders of nature. The most challenging aspect of my job is the long stay away from loved ones as we spend much time travelling.

Good learning with enough experience
It's a normal company with a good culture and working ethics. Good managent for most times .leak of safety challenges, sometimes bad with patience . Very few abnormal hours with not enough pay.

Hard-working person and able to work independently.
Very excellent world class company manufacturing and refurbishing locomotives. Customer oriented, good communication amongst employer and employee. Deliver as promised in time and good quality.

Excellent learning curve
I have continually strived to improve the functionality of my workplace by developing and implementing new administrative HR systems. I was repeatedly commended for my ability to pinpoint areas for improvement and to execute successful solutions to office efficiency problems, manage staff performance and appraisals, and establish a top-performing team.

Industrial engineer
good company very informative learnt how to be a better industrial engineer Reduction of overall wagon cycle time, Reduction of train delays and train cancellations on identified yards, Supply chain capacity creation which can lead to volume growth, and Improved OTIF challenges all train delays

Specialist Safety and Security
Transnet is a very large organization with many divisions and people. At the corporate center I am exposed to all levels of employees, clients and visitors. Challenges are not the same and everyday is deemed as a new experience and an opportunity to interact with these people. In my line of work I am there to provide a service that ensures the well being , security and safety of all within the environment I am in control off and when that it achieved it gives me a feeling of satisfaction.
Pros: Opportunity for growth and experiencing other environments
Cons: External impact of the environment that I have little or no control of and how it affects my organisation.

Safety
Protection of people on the track and controlling of the movement of trains. I have learn on how to deal with people I expirienced to work in pressure since well we work with different people with different religion The most challenging aspects is when leader give you instruction that are wrong and you know but because they are leaders they want you to listen to them
