Since the start of my career i have learnt a lot.
Since the start of my career i have learnt a lot and with this knowledge thus, am eager to learn more thing and grow. My highlight shows through my eagerness to learn each and every day. i am always ready to learn. Having to wake up looking forward to go do what i love the most which is my work, is my daily highlight.

As a apprentice for three-years I've learned a lot in an out of workshop activities.
I'm a mother of two boy and girl,and I'm a wife.I'm 34 years of age I now what I want not for me only for my family also.If I get this job I will respect its because I'm not a young star anymore. My roll is to provide for my family. I have recently qualified as an Artisan Welder after serving a three-year apprenticeship with Transnet Engineering. During this apprentice, I have been exposed to a wide range of general workshop activities, including the major project .

It is a great company
It is a great company to work for. It has friendly management that is focused on the success of the company. However, the company is not good in the development of its employees.
Pros: It's a great company to work for especially when you are in management and already know what is expected from you.

Ten years experience in logistics management ; inventory and production and material planning.
I start my workday 30minutes before shift start. When employees start shift, I allocate the employees work as expected by executive for the day. I will communicate with customers for expectation. The relationship with workers was good. I have learnt communication, leadership, reporting skills. Safety is our priority.

Great opportunities for growth
I am a hard worker with good interpersonal and communications skills. I am currently working as a quality Assurer, responsible for internal audits as well as investigation of Non-Conformances. I am quality, safety and business oriented, I have acquired good problem solving and leadership skills. Interms of qualifications I have a National Diploma in Electrical Engineering as well as Advanced Diploma in Project Management.

Learnt so much in terms of logistics
I start work 15minutes before to analyze the work for the day and plan. I communicate with co-workers about the expectation from senior management and customers. I have a good relationship with co-workers and as well they have good relation with me. I have learnt a lot in terms of communication, leadership, reporting and presentation skills to mention a few. My challenging moments is when we have challenges in reaching the expected target and need to report to customers and senior management. The good moments is when we are ahead of target allocated to us by both management and satisfying the customers.

To be the part of the big company like transnet its great becuase I have expirense to work with people from defferent of culctures and religious. Its nice to share ideas with people who have been in company for long as we come with new ideas from the training center. We were forming a good and the winning team at all time. We plan for every task we do as we work we turn to know the individuals strengths and weakness we will try to balance the equation so that all of us we be in the same wave lenght.

Learning curve
Working at my company is very exciting because we work as a team. on a daily basis I do admin, like setting up meetings, writing minutes, taking up calls. My relationship with my co-workers is great. I have learnt a lot in terms of work because I came to this company knowing nothing about it. I enjoy doing admin and also working with the team. for now I don't have challenges of the job as I am still in the learning curve .

Great learning curve
My job has taught me to how to interact with colleagues but most importantly taught me that a smile can brighten ones day. I've learnt patience and to be more confident in what I do especially because I have a great relationship with my colleagues.
