To be the part of the big company like transnet its great becuase I have expirense to work with people from defferent of culctures and religious. Its nice to share ideas with people who have been in company for long as we come with new ideas from the training center. We were forming a good and the winning team at all time. We plan for every task we do as we work we turn to know the individuals strengths and weakness we will try to balance the equation so that all of us we be in the same wave lenght.

Learnt so much in terms of logistics
I start work 15minutes before to analyze the work for the day and plan. I communicate with co-workers about the expectation from senior management and customers. I have a good relationship with co-workers and as well they have good relation with me. I have learnt a lot in terms of communication, leadership, reporting and presentation skills to mention a few. My challenging moments is when we have challenges in reaching the expected target and need to report to customers and senior management. The good moments is when we are ahead of target allocated to us by both management and satisfying the customers.
Pros: Oppotunities of promotion are available.
Cons: Longer working hours and working under pressure.

Great opportunities for growth
I am a hard worker with good interpersonal and communications skills. I am currently working as a quality Assurer, responsible for internal audits as well as investigation of Non-Conformances. I am quality, safety and business oriented, I have acquired good problem solving and leadership skills. Interms of qualifications I have a National Diploma in Electrical Engineering as well as Advanced Diploma in Project Management.

Transnet Pipeline gave me excellent skills
The supervisor work is challenging but I enjoy and like it so much. I have strong personality of leadership and I like to lead and supervise. I make sure that we follow SOP and I review them now and then. Safety is priority and we report any incident or near miss. I do KPI for all and I also check training and identify any needs. I report daily activities, to head office and I do telephone conference everyday to check and report defects. The relationship with co-workers is good and I am also striving that team must keep good communication. I like to work and meet clients. I enjoy having meetings with clients. The most challenging thing that's when we have breakdown and we can't meet target hence client is expecting their volume of product, we have to come with the plan of either arranging to run the other product on different line

An Excellent learning oppotunity
It was like a normal working environment hard working is needed but with time you get used to it all,we mostly work as a team our relationship was all based on work,because we spend lot of times discussing modules and going to work shop,have learned a lot working in this environment going to workshop doing fault finding on locomotives, maintenance, I enjoyed mostly working in the working getting dirty and stuff it shows you and building you on how electrical fitter should be like,it really a nice experience,the most challenging aspects on my job is working under the locomotives and on top of it it need open eyes and concentration

Good learning with enough experience
It's a normal company with a good culture and working ethics. Good managent for most times .leak of safety challenges, sometimes bad with patience . Very few abnormal hours with not enough pay.

Good working conditions
Our daily shift start at 07h00 and ends at 16h00; but due to commitment to business as manager I start 30minutes before and end 30minutes after to analyze the work. The relationship between myself and co- workers is good as we respect each other. I have learnt leadership and communication skills as a manager.

Eeager to learn and a fast leaner
a typical work day is when theres no work to do,my relationship very good I am a humble person and quite. If you only deliver at expected time your manager will get excitedand build a strong relationship I enjoy being given more work to do when I travel, I do nt like travelling
