To be the part of the big company like transnet its great becuase I have expirense to work with people from defferent of culctures and religious. Its nice to share ideas with people who have been in company for long as we come with new ideas from the training center. We were forming a good and the winning team at all time. We plan for every task we do as we work we turn to know the individuals strengths and weakness we will try to balance the equation so that all of us we be in the same wave lenght.

Excellent learning curve

I had really good time while i was an millwright apprenticee at transnet, team work was one of the most important thing, i did most overtime for extra mile in order for me in a fully understanding situation of the kind if work i do, as for challenge was to work with different culturals and its good to know how other people tackle the obstacle at working place.

Good career development

-Everyday we start with safety talk discussiong previes day or weekend performance and its challenges . then followed up with brainstorming sessions. - Good brotherly advices from colleques whenever who want to talk about issues other than work related -Learnt alot interms of project management -Problems changes everyday

I am a qualified diesel electrical fitter maintaining diesel electric lomotive,building diesel engine 8/16 cylinder,overhauling brake valve,examining & qualifying parts,building turbo charger,bogies,axle,shaft alignment,fault finding,meggaring,vacuum air brake,test a locomotive.etc

Excellent learning curve

A healthcare passionate male, who pays a lot of attention to detail, works well under pressure. I am a dedicated and analytical person, who is a team player and have good work ethics. My objective is to get a challenging position that has room for growth and i am willing to consider either a permanent or a short term contract

Excellent learning curve

Its has been an expiriance that I will all always remember. This company thought me everything I know about how to use engineering technics to solve engineering challenges. Transnet gave me a chance to grow as a person. I will always love this company. Its trained me, but now I'm willing to spread my wings and learn something new else where. THANK YOU.
