I have qualified on the 14th of July 2016. I have been on the field ever since. On the 26/01/2017 I have received my certificate so the company is going to release me as I have said I am not a permanent worker. My daily work I'm always working under supervision of artisan. Even though I know what I am doing but its a company rule because they just giving me experience. I working hand in hand with artisans that gives me confidence because at the end of the day I'm the one who's always doing all the work because I want to gain experience. I see my self working alone as an electrician in any company . I am enjoying what I am doing. Transet workers are treating me very well making sure every day I do something in order to build my confidence in working industry.

Excellent learning curve

I have a good understanding of management, IT and the day-to-day running of a library. I have been involved in the field of Information and Library Management since 1994, exposed to operations in various forms of business from medium to large corporate organizations including non-governmental organizations and government entities. My experience is supplemented by formal education from known and highly accredited academic institutions in the country. The in-house training has improved and broadens my skills within the field of Information and Knowledge Management. My highest qualifications are BPHIL (hon.) in Knowledge Management with Stellenbosch University and BBibl. with University of Fort Hare. I am an affiliate to Library and Information Association of South Africa. I am currently working in Knowledge Management Department tasked to implement Library solutions.

Process and Project Person
I am a continuous improvement consultant at my current Job, my daily responsibilities is to ensure that the business operates at its optimal level whilst ensuring safety of the employees. I think everyone is unique in their own way, but what makes me different and really proud of myself. I’m very optimistic, I work best with different teams and able to get the team to do the right things through engaging and finding common grounds.
Pros: I am a person who is always willing to grow and i adapt easily on new challenges
Cons: time management was my weakest point as i ensure that the project that i am conducting bears positive results however with the tools such as ghantt chart i am able to manage my time

Good customer relations and a team player
On a typical workday i start with going through my emails and attending the meetings. This helps me to get to plan the day ahead, getting my ducks in a row in the form of scheduling the sub-tasks. I also ensure that the resources and tools are available and accessible before starting the day's task/project. With almost 10 years of experience there is so much that i have learnt ever since i started working for the company. That includes amongst other things design, project and product management, quality management, engineering processes etc. I enjoy attending meetings wherein we conceptualise the designs, be it the locomotive, trucks and coaches. Furthermore,i like the part where we plan, strategise and do the scope of work for the product we planning to design and how this is going to be monitored and controlled.

An excellent organization to work for
A very well balanced organization to work at. Acquired a vast degree of skills an expertise in customer care/ freight/logistics/import/export etc. I have supervised personnel and ensured customer demand is met in keeping with company policies and protocols in a safe and consistent manner. Where deviation management was necessary, the process had to be followed and implemented.

Iam Khongelani makhuvele, hard working person, who is willing to work under pressure and to provide for the company through the use of my hands and my intellectual skills, I have team building skills, I understand working with different of different characters. I'm willing to develope my skills further,I started my career at transnet port terminal as an industrial engineer trainee, The skills knowledge I have are as follows, cadaver analysis, running continuous improvement projects and process mapping During the course of training I enjoyed relating theory into practical situations The challenge that I experienced it was communication during the project, my team members had fear when it comes to commutation.
