I worked for Standard Bank for 13 years, have experience in Telling, Customer Service Consultant, Sales Customer Consultant and Teamleader position. Unfortunately, my spouse was transferred to Johannesburg and also had to relocate with him, therefore I resigned on the 12 February 2016. I had a great working relationship with everyone and got along very well with all my co-workers. What I enjoy most us dealing with people and very passionate about customer service and strongly believe in giving excellent customer service to all my clients irrespective of gender, age, cultural background, ethnic group, that is how I differentiate my self from other Sales Consultants and giving the best customer service us what differentiate the company from other competitors.

Team work, working together as one
customer experience, working with people build my character, personality and made more confident. learning and listening. I have being working with people different cultures and they are all different and unique. at the of the day we are one. we have to stand together to overcome optical.

i am not permanently employed with Standard bank that is why i earn this much ,ido not get bonus bacause i am still a learner. but all in all Standard bank is very good to work for i enjoy every single day that i spend there , the employees are very friendly and Standard bank do look after their employees

He work environment is well, great learning experience it's a job where u have new challenges hat make it interesting as I'm always learning. I have a good relationship with my team as we work together to get the job done, I enjoy having a new task with each client learning something new, challenging aspects are dealing with customers irate situations but I've learnt how to manage n please the customer according to expectations

Opportunity to broaden insights
A typical day, would start of by giving all the ladies hugs and greeting the entire team, Checking emails and task list to ensure I am updated then it’s refreshing daily reports and looking for any abnormalities. If there are any, I make commentary and follow up on the reasons that could cause the problems. Our team is a dynamic team mixed with both young and old, relationships varies from person to person. The best part about my job is dealing with complex problems that help business make better decisions The biggest thing I’ve earned from personal point is to be more patient and be able to listen carefully to understand rather than just to respond. The most challenging part of the Job is where you have to deal with senior stakeholders that put unreasonable pressure on staff members so they can get results but meeting their expectations is also very rewarding

Standardbank
Very busy environment. We serve at least 28 countries across africa and the United Kingdom. Its is a huge learning curve and very diverse. The culture and atmosphere in the bank is great. I enjoy working with the people.

Great opportunity to learn traditional marketing
The overall scope required one to managed multiple portfolios, which required strong planning and project management skills. Team work is also vital not only from a point picking each others brains for creative ideas, but also as a support base should you need help in a particular portfolio or an event for that portfolio. A good relationship with business is also very key in terms of establishing trust, which includes showing understanding for their clients and product offering. The greatest challenge is ensuring that delivery for all your key portfolios is met and executed on time.
