I am currently doing a Letsema Leanership in PBB Learning & Development at Standard Bank, as an administrator. My Experience
During my tenure I have developed exceptional negotiating and analytical skills. I have a demonstrated ability to work collegially with leaders across business units and lines of business. I have experience in both Rehabilitation and Recoveries and work across products with in depth knowledge of banking products and procedures.

In my current role I manage fastest growing Digital Sales Call Centre environments within the bank. My span of control includes the Outbound, Inbound Call Centre and Admin Support. In the past year, I’ve been instrumental in shaping the high performance culture that is evident in my team. On a daily basis I need to apply and review the annual operating plan to ensure its effective implementation supporting the contact Centre’s goals of effective and efficient customer centric service delivery within the risk framework of the Bank. To interpret and apply the contact Centre’s employee engagement plans to build a team of team leaders/Managers and agents that are motivated, inspired, suitably skilled and focused. To work with other managers and business stakeholders to remove operational obstacles and ensure implementation of customer value proposition.

Better growth and learning curve
I lesson to detail and meet deadlines e.g. SLAs on monthly basis, resolve queries before the SLA due time. What I have learned working with Executive and Board Directors of the Bank, its an honor because a person learn that they are to human beings and you learn more from them and how I should their behavior and to represent yourself. The most challenging experience is that everything has to be done correct the first time and admit when you have done a mistake in order to grow from that mistake.
