Diverse and great learning curve
I attend to day to day Sales to meet target. Attend to customer requests either walk in or appointments, servicing their profiles i.e. withdrawals, personal information changes, queries and new business ( close deals). Call prospects , Filing & attend to meeting requests. I see my working environment as an adventure as you will never know what to expect, whilst i'm at it I go with the flow and enjoy together with the challenges that comes accross and resolve them where necessary.I focus on what needs to be done and that for me is a coping mechanism for any dissapointments that arises.

Cons: Industry qualifications deadlines - if you don't pass at deadline you are debared

Team work, working together as one
customer experience, working with people build my character, personality and made more confident. learning and listening. I have being working with people different cultures and they are all different and unique. at the of the day we are one. we have to stand together to overcome optical.

Career growth
Great environment, friendly people and nice office space. Work 8 hours a day Monday to Friday. I get along with most of my colleagues. I jave acquired a lot of skills and continue to learn something new every single day. I enjoy the work environment, themprojects I work on and working with the people in my team. Meeting all the stakeholders expectations.

My Experience
During my tenure I have developed exceptional negotiating and analytical skills. I have a demonstrated ability to work collegially with leaders across business units and lines of business. I have experience in both Rehabilitation and Recoveries and work across products with in depth knowledge of banking products and procedures.

Excellent learning
I WAS WORKING SUNDAY TO SUNDAY FLEXIBLE HOURS,I LEARNED HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS, ALWAYS PUT A SMILE TO THE CUSTOMERS AND ASK IF THEY ARE SATISFIED.. I HAD A WONDERFUL TIME WITH MY CO-WORKERS IF SOMEONE DON'T UNDERSTAND WE HELP EACH OTHER WE SUPPORTED EACH OTHER INTO OUR WORK. I WAS ENJOY MY JOB BECAUSE ALWAYS I WAS MEETING NEW PEOPLE AND LEARN EVERYDAY.. THE ONLY CHALLENGE I HAD IS WHEN THE SYSTEM IS SLOW AND CUSTOMERS WAIT FOR SO LONG..

Poor
At this moment my challenge is to be permanent of which with been working here since last year September but no promise at all. My relationship with my coworkers is very good since I came here. I have learned that working with different people its a good experience at this moment cause you learn different things everyday.

Needing a new chellange
I have been with the Bank since 2013 and ive grown and learnt alot and for that i will forever be greatful to the bank. everything i know today is what they have taught me and i was always willing to learn new things and do courses through them which they have provided. reason why i wish to leave is because i need to grow and need to move on from my current position which i have matered over the years. i feel that i will truly be a great asset to your company and will run with your ways of working. i love working with people and i know i will work well with the team in your company. thank you for taking the time to go through me application and i hope to hear from you soon. Opportunies to learn
Typical work day involves working with the sales people to understand the client working capital requirements, how risky the clients business is,how can we add value to the client as well gaining commercial value. My relationship with the coworkers is excellent, we collaborate well with each other to give our clients the best banking experience and value adding solutions. I have learnt that clients are the heart of the business, we must be sympathetic to them,listen to them and give them the best of us. I enjoy being in front of the client, learning about their business and teaching them what we can do for them The challenge comes in when there are too many moving parts with client requests. These should be streamlined in order to give the client the best service
