Excerllent learning curve

I am unemployed my last job was at standard bank which I was a excellent consultant I was also the 2ic in my department my job description was customer queries admin work telephonic sales and data capturer I would really love to work in the administration enviroment i am a team player and hard worker willing to take on any challenge .

Pros: Great opportunity to grow within the company

Currently a Business Partner

currently a business partner to two areas within the IT business. I support the business with their people strategy from resourcing, developing, retention etc. I deal with the execs of the area as well as to the teams. The day to day activities can range from operational day to day aspects to future building i.e. skills development plans to resoucing capabilities.

Pros: working with the teams at all levels.
Cons: you need to understand the business

Learning curve

Having to work long hours 8amtill 6pm can be draining on a monday not to mention having to work 8am till 10pm because of heavy work load.colleagues are great team workers at all time.the challenges is having to reach states when the work load is less and the system is being slow at times.i have learnt to be a hard worker in everything i do.

Excellent growth oppertunity

I worked for standard bank for over 10 years.It was a awesome experience.I learned so much and feel I am a asset to my new employment.I resigned in 2015 due to the fact that we worked flexi hours including night shift.I built wonderful relashionships internally as well as externally.Work was hectic with deadlines to meet,productivity to meet,keeping customers happy but worthwhile.Pressure was high at cut off time but I learned how to handle pressure extremely well.
