Excellent
I help people with investments, also dealing with guest relationships and also dwelling with debtors and credits and sales. I am a people's person and get along with all people. I am the light of the office as I always motivate people I work with. I also share knowledge with them. I have learnt to deal with people from different backgrounds as it was first time working with tswana people and learning the type of people they are. I have learnt how the banking industry is different to when you look at it and working for it. I enjoy working with anything to do with finance as I managed to get a B at university. The most challenging part was the safety of the environments.

My company encourages us to live by and respect the 7 values. Most of the valued values are Serve our Customers being there in moments that matter to our customers. It has taught and encouraged me to always put myself in the customers shoes and value and appreciate that I have a job because the customer decided to trust my company. The other one is working in teams were I am able to see that by working together and pushing each other we achieve more. The other one is delivering to our shareholders - which always reminds me if I don’t perform the shareholders can easily replace me. And respecting each other has taught me to accept and have a good relationship with different people. And going beyond expectations teaches everyone to stand up in a crowd.

, I have experienced in handling people and can quickly establish relationship, I have proven leadership and ability to communicate with others, in addition, I have an experienced in Administration, Management Finance and Auditing I can manage my time, I am willing to be trained while working. I am aggressive, self- motivated and can work with minimum supervision. Furthermore, I have a positive attitude towards work and with good moral character. I am flexible, Open Minded and very willing to learn, I have good command of the English language and good interpersonal and communication skills. I may encounter difficulties along the way but I can assure you I would be completely honest and trust worthy

Review the customer records for completeness and accuracy with reference to the legal documents provided and the risk scoring Ensuring KYC due diligence reviews are undertaken to the required quality and detail on a timely basis Ensure documents are indexed and loaded in the document image system Analyze the risk connected with the client from a technical perspective, Perform research via internal and external sources, gather and analyses documentation in conformity with regulatory and KYC Highlight suspected fraud, risk or non-compliance cases when identified Conduct analysis and feedback on the quality of Corporate Investment Banking (CIB) Conduct monthly reports I am a team player who listen and give proper feedback ion time. I have learnt lots of software programs to be able to do my job the best I can.

Goof experience

Excellent learning curve
Everyday is hectic and you cannot prepare for it. I have a great relationship with my cousin workers. My job has become monotonous because there's no room for improvement and I have to do the same thing everyday. I like to be given the opportunity to learn new things over time. The most challenging aspect is selling products to customers. The easiest is handling cash as I have years of experience with cash.
