Great learning curve
I grew to adapt as it was my first job/work experience. I worked quiet well with the team. My day to day job would require me to check if I have everyone to open business and they all ready. Make sure we have enough money to start our day and welcoming smile for our customers. I enjoyed getting my department in order and making sure we prepared for our day. The most challenging was time.

Great working experience
At present I am employed at Standard Bank as an Anti Money Laundering Surveillance Unit Analyst (MLSU). I was previously employed at FNB as a Team Leader for Premium Business Banking (on a short-term contract) concentrating on Business Accounts, KYC, data capturing and administration. Furthermore, I was at the Nedbank Corporate Contact Centre as a Client Service Specialist.My experience as a MLSU analyst, Premium Business Banker, Brand Ambassador, Marketer, Promoter, Call Centre Sales Agent and Telemarketer, Retention Branch welcome calls agent and Corporate Client Service specialist has allowed me to gain great appreciation and understanding of business workings, adherence to set standards and understanding of business and client needs in the Marketing and Financial services Sector and in the working industry as a whole.

Project Administration - FIT Security
Vibrant project administrator with 4 years working experience in various industries including but not limited to financial services, insurance, healthcare and banking. Currently contracted to Standard Bank as an administrator in IT Security involving cyber security, cloud computing and cryptographic initiatives. Rehearsed with Prince2 delivery methodologies and exposed to PMBOK. The bank has been delivering projects in an agile manner in the last 6 months broadening exposure to various delivery methods.

Excellent learning curve
I am sales driven and willing to take on any task very good in working with people young energetic recently I have been promoted to a team leader which is a good thing but I miss my everyday clients

I have acquired a lot of skills interacting with clients and stakeholders at different levels.
Working for such a big company it's very beneficial as you learn to deal with different people from different backgrounds and environment as colleagues and as clients or stakeholders on different levels. I have acquired vas knowledge on financial industry (sales, investment, credit analysis and general operational work. Building effective and efficient working relationship with colleagues and clients have made my life and work very easy. I enjoy interacting with clients as it gives me a better view as to how I can make their life better.

Payments Analyst
Standard bank is great place to work for , you work with different dynamics of people from different areas of the business particularly in my area which cut across different business areas in the bank. I have a relationship with my coworkers they are very supportive, encouraging, we are very open to each other. I have learned a great deal in the payments environment, how payments system operates in the banking sector in south africa. The most enjoyable part of my work is interaction between different stakeholders (internal stakeholders and external stakeholders from other banks and other industry role players)The culture, the people make it a great place to work for. One of the challenging part is Handling of industry queries( bank system error's, customers queries)ensuring that these are resolved within a time line giving and without the interruption of banking systems. .
Pros: There is opportunity for promotions one needs to perform up well and up to his optimum level

Customer is always important
Im a very easy and understanding person. Always willing to new ideas and able to work under pressure. I am a very good listener and always make sure that the customer doea not leave premises not happy. Always full of amile and sence of humour.
Pros: Taxi ranks. Hospitals etc. Basically in govetnment premises.
Cons: I dont have any problem with long hours as long as the clients are served.

Good for experience
The reason the vacancy appeals to me is because I have extensive knowledge in financial administration of accounts, excellent communication skills, and good reporting standards accompanied by attention to detail. I have a National Diploma in Financial Accounting (Durban University of Technology: 2005) and I am embarking on a BCompt degree which I am doing via University of South Africa (Incomplete). I can work under pressure, unsupervised and able to effectively manage deadlines.

I first started here at standard bank , i started as messenger, and to Doc management clerk, and went to cash centre became ATM Custodian, Fully multiskilled in Auditing duties, currently i am Controller operation
