Excellent Learning Curve
I enjoy working with people henceforth I have a passion of working with people, I prefer working and resolving enquiries rather killing the long queues than to sit in with people whole day, I enjoy working with fast paced team always strategizing, how I deal with unresolved enquries is to ensure the client leaves with a smile irrespective if the query is yet resolved or not. What's more challenging is when a client doesn't give you a chance to explain the matter regarding their enquiry. A typical working will be a busy day maybe systems being offline or rather if not feeling well only.

Great growth potential.

Excerllent learning curve
I am unemployed my last job was at standard bank which I was a excellent consultant I was also the 2ic in my department my job description was customer queries admin work telephonic sales and data capturer I would really love to work in the administration enviroment i am a team player and hard worker willing to take on any challenge .

Im currently working in the call centre envoroment which is a great experience to know more about customer service we have great leaders that keep their employees happy which also helps us to give clients the best service The challenging part about my work is that we deal `with a number of departments who deal with most of the queries at hand or resolving them when they are high call volumes there will be a number of queries which wont be resolves on time. This will result to unsattisfied/unhappy clients

I am part of a team that values the quality of work in the same level as understanding each other individually to understand the quality of work produced. I'm proud to have joined a team that leaves up to its values especially keeping abreast of treating the recieving party fairly and first at all times, as we are a bank that caters for our clients to qualify us as the best financial service company. As a credit manager I have learnt the core things that are important in assessing onse business which are to look at the background, industry, competition, succession plan and most importantly financial position to be able to serve repayment ability of any paticular lending. It's not an easy job I must say i get challenged everyday as every client is different from another but I guess that's the fun part about my job, you learn everyday which I enjoy most.

Diverse and great learning curve
I attend to day to day Sales to meet target. Attend to customer requests either walk in or appointments, servicing their profiles i.e. withdrawals, personal information changes, queries and new business ( close deals). Call prospects , Filing & attend to meeting requests. I see my working environment as an adventure as you will never know what to expect, whilst i'm at it I go with the flow and enjoy together with the challenges that comes accross and resolve them where necessary.I focus on what needs to be done and that for me is a coping mechanism for any dissapointments that arises.
Pros: Great opportunity for growth
Cons: Industry qualifications deadlines - if you don't pass at deadline you are debared that means not being able to work i the industry until rehabilitated.

My typical working day
I do administration duties and technical duties . I do core banking duties. I relieve other departments. I work alone. sales are expected of me at the end of each day. I enjoy working without minimum supervision.

Great for a while
Complex challenges to solve. Challenges to navigate the organization and find someone who knows what the answer is and challenging to get people to take ownership. Lack of accountability. Lots of training opportunities. Each department has a different culture. The leadership are not as strong as I would like. Great salary and perks.
