I work in a very open and exciting enviroment. My day could be office bound or on the road, depending on what calls are received from branch network. The job has me constantly communicating with business stakeholders and vendors. The latter also keeps you on your toes in making sure appointments and maintenace calls are attended too.

Diverse and great learning curve
I attend to day to day Sales to meet target. Attend to customer requests either walk in or appointments, servicing their profiles i.e. withdrawals, personal information changes, queries and new business ( close deals). Call prospects , Filing & attend to meeting requests. I see my working environment as an adventure as you will never know what to expect, whilst i'm at it I go with the flow and enjoy together with the challenges that comes accross and resolve them where necessary.I focus on what needs to be done and that for me is a coping mechanism for any dissapointments that arises.
Pros: Great opportunity for growth
Cons: Industry qualifications deadlines - if you don't pass at deadline you are debared

Working in the front desk is very interesting, but at first it was very difficult as people come with diferent problems at bank some for loarns, some to claim their funeral policies but now its very easy for me to work with difference clients with differents moods, and for staff members its very nice and easy working with them

Abundant opportunity to learn about the industry and people skills
Understanding the banking industry is vital to my role in the organisation, as it requires knowing how to make strategic decisiona in the banking sector rather than other industries. Emotional intelligence is also a vital trait that one needs to have, as that allows one to work in teams with people with different personalities and actually achieve the desired outcomes
Pros: Abundant opportunities, flexible hours and place of work is not confined to the office
Cons: There are alots of people which might make it difficult to stand out

Good Exposure
Heavily involved in mapping, implementing and improving processes in my department. Also act as project manager in some cases and ensure that projects are implemented timely.

Effeciency and dedication
I have been in the banking industry for over 10 years. It is a very challenging industry that requires a lot of dedication,accuracy,efficiency and attentiveness. Every day is different.Working as a team is what builds a good relationship with our clients and helps produce quality service to our clients. I love my job because it keeps me awake and focused hence without those 2 my company and clients are at risk. I have learned to be patient, hard working,dedicated and efficient at in this industry. I have realised skills I did not know I had because of the kind of pressure I work under. I am looking forward to hearing from you

Who am I
I learn and apply new skills within the expected time period. My knowledgeable about current developments in my field, and I displays a good understanding of how my job relates to other jobs. When faced with unexpected challenges, I embrace the challange and strive for perfection. I exhibit objectivity and openness to the views of others.I dont hesitate to make decisions on very challenging matters and have confidence in ny decision making abilities.
Pros: Im currenty working in a Agile enviroment which is all new to me as we have always implented change in waterfall methodology and im totally enjoying it. One does not have a chance to get bored as we constently drawing up Business requirements, testing and supporting bussines with production issues.
