In my current role I manage fastest growing Digital Sales Call Centre environments within the bank. My span of control includes the Outbound, Inbound Call Centre and Admin Support. In the past year, I’ve been instrumental in shaping the high performance culture that is evident in my team. On a daily basis I need to apply and review the annual operating plan to ensure its effective implementation supporting the contact Centre’s goals of effective and efficient customer centric service delivery within the risk framework of the Bank. To interpret and apply the contact Centre’s employee engagement plans to build a team of team leaders/Managers and agents that are motivated, inspired, suitably skilled and focused. To work with other managers and business stakeholders to remove operational obstacles and ensure implementation of customer value proposition.

Abundant opportunity to learn about the industry and people skills

Understanding the banking industry is vital to my role in the organisation, as it requires knowing how to make strategic decisiona in the banking sector rather than other industries. Emotional intelligence is also a vital trait that one needs to have, as that allows one to work in teams with people with different personalities and actually achieve the desired outcomes

Pros: Abundant opportunities, flexible hours and place of work is not confined to the office
Cons: There are alots of people which might make it difficult to stand out

Excellent company to work for, always keeping up with latest training and technology

Work independently by prioritising most important and urgent functions and thereafter attend to normal basic duties like liaising with business stakeholders such as attorneys, clients mortgage originators, mobile consultants and estate agents with regards to queries on home loans verification, attorney allocations and bond registrations. With the 14 years experience I have, I am able to confidently deal queries raised as I have in-depth knowledge of home loans policies and procedures. I am currently studying for my RE5 and will be writing the exam in January.(booking made) so as to take my experience to another level in home loans. The most challenging part of my job is doing the job right the first time to avoid losses and reputational risk to the bank of which I have been able to do. This is obvious with the numerous compliments received and successful audits done on my work performance. I thoroughly enjoy my colleagues company and have a good relationship with them.

I belief in investing time and my knowle33dge with others the return is bigger to the team. I need to be able to work under pressure compliance rules and meeting targets . I love helping others clients my staff it is rewarding in its own way. Excellent, very interactive with stakeholder and relationship building

- Very interactive day where I meet withbthe stakeholders, team and management - Meet with different stakeholder( vendor , facilitators, Developers, business etc) Monitor , support and maintance application, servers level aggrement and escalation. - Facilitate JAD , workshop, walkthrough presentation - Analysis , information gathering, problem solving - Documentation , reporting , escalation and follow through issues

Broad knowledge of financial industry

08:00-17:30 Mon-Fri 08:00-12:30 Sat I have any excellent relationship wit my co workers because of the respect we have for one another and the cooperate culture driven by the organization. I have learned about various aspects of the banking industry and how each department is inter linked to one another. What I have enjoyed most is the challenges that come with having to explain to clients how interest as accumulated and charged differently for each client as per their credit record and how theirs was calculated . The most challenging aspect was having to strike a balance between what is right according to producer and what is most helpful to the client which would sometimes contradict one another.

Needing a new chellange

I have been with the Bank since 2013 and ive grown and learnt alot and for that i will forever be greatful to the bank. everything i know today is what they have taught me and i was always willing to learn new things and do courses through them which they have provided. reason why i wish to leave is because i need to grow and need to move on from my current position which i have matered over the years. i feel that i will truly be a great asset to your company and will run with your ways of working. i love working with people and i know i will work well with the team in your company. thank you for taking the time to go through me application and i hope to hear from you soon. Team work, working together as one

customer experience, working with people build my character, personality and made more confident. learning and listening. I have being working with people different cultures and they are all different and unique. at the of the day we are one. we have to stand together to overcome optical.

Career growth

Great environment, friendly people and nice office space. Work 8 hours a day Monday to Friday. I get along with most of my colleagues. I jave acquired a lot of skills and continue to learn something new every single day. I enjoy the work environment, themprojects I work on and working with the people in my team. Meeting all the stakeholders expectations.

I am very good in dealing with people both in the work place and with customers

• Welcoming customers • Assisting to manage the queues on the enqueries sales and service • Providing qualified sales for the branched and prestige bankers • Assisting customers with the internet registrations and educating them on how to go about using the systems • Assisting with sales in terms of student loans applications and registrations of students accounts • Helping on quick service queries • Assisting team leaders with documents that needed to be typed out • Composing of emails to the staff • Assisting with filing and sorting out business mandates • Assisting with events planning in the branches and fun activities to keep the branches active • Help manage the managers diary and meetings • Assist with presentations and drafting of one • Preparing slides for power point presentations • Help in typing out excel sheets

Pros: internet registrations and educating them on how to go about using the systems
