Excellent oportunities for growth and development

Have experience in customer service, worked for Standard Bank for more than a decade. Have good communication skills both written and verbal. Very passionate about customer service and working with people is my passion.

i am not permanently employed with Standard bank that is why i earn this much ,ido not get bonus bacause i am still a learner. but all in all Standard bank is very good to work for i enjoy every single day that i spend there , the employees are very friendly and Standard bank do look after their employees

Overall

-Hard work, consistently working long hours, basically living at work. -Get along with all co-workers and have a very good understanding. -I have learnt a lot with regards to my Job and the work environment. I have also learnt a lot about the cash flow in South Africa. -I enjoy making a difference in my economy and making sure that the cash flow stays promising making sure that businesses have cash to pay workers and keep the economy running. -Long hours, always working under pressure

Hardworking, team player.

In my previous employers work : -daily job was to work with customers - provide solutions to their problems, - deal with all types of customers (frustrated/angry/happy etc.) - at the end of the day provide team leader with sales for the day.

Good for experience

The reason the vacancy appeals to me is because I have extensive knowledge in financial administration of accounts, excellent communication skills, and good reporting standards accompanied by attention to detail. I have a National Diploma in Financial Accounting (Durban University of Technology: 2005) and I am embarking on a BCompt degree which I am doing via University of South Africa (Incomplete). I can work under pressure, unsupervised and able to effectively manage deadlines.
