I worked for Standard Bank for 13 years, have experience in Telling, Customer Service Consultant, Sales Customer Consultant and Teamleader position. Unfortunately, my spouse was transferred to Johannesburg and also had to relocate with him, therefore I resigned on the 12 February 2016. I had a great working relationship with everyone and got along very well with all my co-workers. What I enjoy most us dealing with people and very passionate about customer service and strongly believe in giving excellent customer service to all my clients irrespective of gender, age, cultural background, ethnic group, that is how I differentiate my self from other Sales Consultants and giving the best customer service us what differentiate the company from other competitors.

Excellent exposure with glass ceiling
Transformation and promotion of women in the work place can be improved. The environment is dynamic and fast paced with constant market and regulatory developments being experienced. The company is willing to take on staff and develop and train them for the position being filled, however growth and promotion is not transformative

Excellent company to work for, always keeping up with latest training and technology
Work independently by prioritising most important and urgent functions and thereafter attend to normal basic duties like liaising with business stakeholders such as attorneys, clients mortgage originators, mobile consultants and estate agents with regards to queries on home loans verification, attorney allocations and bond registrations. With the 14 years experience I have, I am able to confidently deal queries raised as I have in-depth knowledge of home loans policies and procedures. I am currently studying for my RE5 and will be writing the exam in January.(booking made) so as to take my experience to another level in home loans. The most challenging part of my job is doing the job right the first time to avoid losses and reputational risk to the bank of which I have been able to do. This is obvious with the numerous compliments received and successful audits done on my work performance. I thoroughly enjoy my colleagues company and have a good relationship with them.

Excellent learning experience,having to work for such a big banking company
I have the best manager and supervisor. I have learnt to work with different types of people,we had a good working relationship and work well as a team. What I enjoy most is that we got opportunities to upskill what other departments do and learn more about the bank,although learning lots of skills can be challenging because it's s o something new but it was great.

Excellent Learning Curve
I'm looking for a challenging work and more than willing to be in a new environment for development.I have worked for standard bank as a Customer Service Consultant for 4years full and therefore gained experience in the industry,that is where my skills were fully utilised.. Dealing with hard clients and managing to resolve customer enquiries helped me develop the passion of working with clients.

Excellent learning Platform
My day at work is always a busy day which includes travelling on a daily basis to my six branches. I have a very good relationship with the staff members within my cluster and outside my cluster. I have learned that people are not the same however one needs to treat each staff members with respect and dignity. I enjoy working with my team because as a team we are able to achieve our goals together. The most challenging aspects of my Job is people that i work with have hectic schedules and tight deadlines and sometimes it becomes a challenge to them to also make sure that they include quality assurance as part of their daily work duties.
