:co workers know to come to me should they struggle on call "that not all customers are calling to complain :when i take the irate ones and make them laugh and leave satisfied :fixing other departments messes is most challenging

Excellent learning curve
Fulfillment on accounts. Creating and maintaining customer profiles. Verification and collection of company documents and mandates. Following up on outstanding documents and conducting compliance checks.
Pros: Learning about different entities and requirements. Learning different systems. Large,recognised company.
Cons: Working weekends, no consistency. No processes

Excellent learning and morals
its a very good company to work for,. the co-workers are very helpful and encourages to excel in what ever i do. i have learnt that you cant get anywhere if you don't have a hard work ethic.what i enjoy most of being at FNB is that i have have become a all rounder in all fields.the most challenging aspects that i have learnt is that there are always changers.

ALWAYS WILLING TO LEARN
In the three years that I have been employed with FNB I have learnt a lot and have become a Team Leader in Incident Management and not long after that I was offered to become Team Leader in the Finance department. I have a very good and understanding relationships with my co-workers. The challenging aspects of my job was to learn by myself how to run the Finance team. I have learnt a lot by going to other departments and learning how to run with a query from stat to end.
Pros: promote to Team leader in Incident Management then to Finance Team Leader
Cons: i dont have a issue with working long hours

Hard word,ability to work under pressure and quick learner
Working at fnb its great opportunity to me because I have learn so money things ,when I started working there I had no work experience but they believe in me and welcome me to their company.Fnb its very busy bank ,every day we meet with different customers and making sure we deliver a very good service to our customers .Working with my colleague its nice,they are a bunch of good people, we work as a team ,the challenge am facing is to make sure I make my target every month ,I give the customers a good service very day
Pros: When you make your target, you get rewarded by vouchers and your commission
Cons: We open from 8:30 to 17:00,then Saturday 8:30 to 13:00
