Gaining experience everyday

Assist on operating switchboard and taking incoming calls; Receiving and screening of calls; Relay Message timeously to appropriate people and follow up when necessary; interact with clients and staff in professional manner; dairy management; schedule and manage internal and external meetings; appointment reminder; anticipate requirement in diary for task other than meetings; preparing of meetings and organising office functions, etc. We are a strong team, we help each other wen need, I enjoy their company n they enjoymine to, we like a family. I enjoy the knowledge that I gain everyday with the position that Iam doing, I enjoy seing a customer happy with my customer service and I love helphing my employees and customers. Most challenging aspect is a complain client with a particular job that she was assisted else were and painting every consultant in a bad way. Maintaining a relationship with the client it is challenging.

Good learning more about fica in the company

-Its a place that one would find be skilled,as we never get to do one thing daily -getting it easy as i'm a team player and helping out when its needed. -i have learnt a lot to understand products and type of entity's i'm dealing with and whats required for me to get it right. -i enjoy dealing with clients and making them happy all the time. -I wouldn't say i find it challenging i'm always willing to learn and get to know more about my job requirement.

Pros: i'm still on contract
Cons: i can manage long hours as i would be working overtime and weekends

Excellent learning and development

I am responsible for partnering with auditors and monitoring program management and operations in enhancing the compliance strategy, tools ,testing and quality assurance practices, and executing monitoring plans appropriate. My focus is mainly on monitoring and auditing to detect potential violations of business conduct standards, Policy violations and other emerging risk areas deemed appropriate by the auditing and monitoring program.

With my 16 years facilities experience and my electrical engineering educational back ground

I am team work I notice two hands are better than one hand, enjoy most working with hands be involve physical, I have learnt that I spend most of my time hire at work so my co worker is like my family and when we have conflict we have to resolve it before the end of the business. The most challenging aspects of the job is working on heights because of my Wight but I am working on it by doing some road running every day,
