good planning and organizational skills, planning and excellent diary management. Meeting schedule and booking of venues and ordering of refreshment. minute taking and distribution. customer liaison and attention to technical and maintenance report. Report writing and distribution. My relationship with my co-workers is good is good as we work as a team. I have learned to be focused and to be more proactive. and work together with my colleagues for the best interest of the company

Eager, loves a challenge,

I enjoy the daily challenges and being able to assist and making a difference. The environment at work is what I make of it. A positive attitude, sets the mind-frame straight for any situation that lies ahead.

Good

I have learnt a lot in this company and u grow everyday but I just need a permanent job...we working in a big environment and am enjoying it.bt they not making us permanent.the hours tha we working are not bad at all and at times there's a lot of work to do but what I like is we get to learn everday

I have learned and gained a lot

I have gained a lot of experience in different departments, I have been awarded best employee ofbthe month severally, and have wonnan award for best service and sales consultant in gsutemg,have been invited to have dinner with the CEO of branch banking, and fraud buster in foreign exchange for R698000.00

Pros: Working towards a common goal, and achieving the goal
Cons: Month end is always the busy and we work harder,and compromise our lunch hours

I am self-motivated with a great desire to learn and achieve more. I have an extensive background in Core Banking and Finance Services at First National Bank, were I obtained a NQF level 5 certificate in banking. With my practical experience and long track of success I am confident that I can cooperate and grow as an individual and reach the organization’s goals. HR in the workplace

Great culture within the teams however top management can sometimes feel disconnected. Colleagues are a great support. Learnt to have true conversations with employees and line including the tough conversations. Enjoyed the interaction with the teams however working in a regional office can prove lonely and have its own set of challenges.

Cons: Lack of opportunities.

Excellent learning programmes

I would like to work with teamplayers, a manager who will not be intimitated by my curiosity and being open-minded. We go out on teambuildings and support each other through hard times and good times. The most challenging aspects of my job is my line manager who never listens and takes advices from (us) junior staff.

Cons: we do each others duties so that when a colleague is sick he/she does have a backlog of work

Review of a normal day at my current office

I love working with people. a typical working day by me consists of calling clients, booking appointments, making sure our lapse and arrear report gets worked to prevent loss of business etc. all of the staff here are like family and everybody treats each other like family I get on very well with all my staff members especially the branch manager. I have learn not to take life for granted. I enjoy seeing happy clients
