Professional

 My behavior and conduct are always in association with professionalism.  I enjoy working in a friendly environment and see myself as a good team player.  I am motivated by a good team spirit and appreciate a job well done. I am a self driven Sales person who works well amongst others. I come across well to customers, clients and people in general telephonically and in person. I have a vast experience in telesales and customer service and enjoy making a success of it.. a job well done motivates me. It gives me great pleasure in sharing my knowledge with other people.

With my 16 years facilities experience and my electrical engineering educational back ground

I am team work I notice two hands are better than one hand, enjoy most working with hands be involve physical, I have learnt that I spend most of my time hire at work so my co worker is like my family and when we have conflict we have to resolve it before the end of the business. The most challenging aspects of the job is working on heights because of my Wight but I am working on it by doing some road running every day,

Learning curve

I enjoyed working at Fnb but I need something permanent.I got other experiences as well and they allowed us to work overtime and they were paying for it.but I just don't like working on saturdays but besides anything else FNB is nice and its a stepping stone for most of us

Assist on operating switchboard and taking incoming calls; Receiving and screening of calls; Relay Message timeously to appropriate people and follow up when necessary; interact with clients and staff in professional manner; dairy management; schedule and manage internal and external meetings; appointment reminder; anticipate requirement in diary for task other than meetings; preparing of meetings and organising office functions; etc. Team player, delegating responsibility and contribute to successes, I am very interested in people and their behaviour and high quality administration and would like to pursue a career in this area. I always enjoy a challenge and neither to achieve my goals and organising office functions. Engage with the customers in a professional manner and deliver service, Ensure customer needs and expectations are understood, Deal with customer complaints and finding ways to resolve them, Build and maintain enduring and rewarding relationships with clients,

I have learned and gained a lot

Always professional,Mon ty h end very busy and sometimes we would work through out without lunch break. Team work is the order ofbthe day,forbus tonretain and gain more customers we went an extra mile,and rewards are possible duebto the customers compliments.

Cons: Month end is always the busy and we work harder,and compromise our lunch hours

A appreciation for customer satisfaction

:co workers know to come to me should they struggle on call "that not all customers are calling to complain :when i take the irate ones and make them laugh and leave satisfied :fixing other departments messes is most challenging

Pros: great way to learn how to be patient and to listen
Cons: when customers refuse to say they are happy.

Have 20 years of banking experiences All rounder Becoming a Team leader after a year employed by FNB then in 6 months was offered to become the Team leader in the Finance team.
