Teaches the importance of working with people and being honest.

Since I started working at FNB I can see that my confident has improved I work with people everyday and it made me to smile everyday and be friendly ,to be people's person, to be someone a person can trust to share his/her problems with believing I can bring solution.its makes me feel good to be able to help people and give them a smile also.in short I would say am a financial doctor because people come to me believe and hoping to receive healing and help that will solve their problems. I enjoy working with my colleagues we are more like family than colleagues. I have learned that integrity and honesty and dedication are very important at work to be able to grow as an individual.

Pros: promotion would be appreciated
Cons: im a hardworking person working hours dont bother me as long the salary is good

Excellent communicator

-Comfortable with working independently or in a team, supervising and or leading Strong negotiation and Presentation skills. -Able to communicate effectively at all levels; Peoples person, Team player, delegating responsibility and contribute to successes. - I’ve learned a lot form my current role, but now I'm looking for a new challenge, opportunity to broaden my horizons to gain a new skill-set, all of which I see the potential for in this job. -I always enjoy a challenge and neither to achieve my goals as nothing comes to you handed on a plate, i enjoy organising Christmas Party, Team Building, Gifts, Lunch, Break fast for my colleagues. -Engage with the customers in a professional manner and deliver service Ensure customer needs and expectations are understood Deal with customer complaints and finding ways to resolve them Build and maintain enduring and rewarding relationships with clients.

Exellect customer service

I enjoy working as a team, working in a bank I have learned to be financial responsible, able to manage my debt and I enjoy working with customers,

Learning curve

My day is all about servicing customers with what they require and assist them with other things mybe products that might help them in the future. My relationship with my coworkers is great we like a family. Have learnt to be patient with customers as others do not understand banking and some are old people so that requires patience and understanding. Everyday brings new challenges and new experiences so that is what I enjoy, that your day is never the same.

New challenges are refreshing

I like to give my all at work however still maintaining a balance between work and personal life. I believe work should be enjoyable for employees and at the same time profitable for the employers.

FNB and I ............its time to go our separate ways

* Dealing with staff and customers * Meeting sales targets and service complaints * Networking with fellow branch managers to tap into their strengths * Learnt to multitask and how to cope under pressure * I enjoy staff training & development * Long hours, working 7 days a week has taken it toll on my health * Need a change in environment to add value elsewhere * To share my learnings, knowledge and experience for the benefit of others

Excellent learning environment

I've worked very nicely with my ex co-workers and we understood the importance of a team work.I have learned a lot about how important a customer service is(building a relationahip) and that actually from that good service you can get a sale.I enjoyed everything and the most challenging aspect was when targets not met.You don't knock off at that time you make calls or go out

Good learning curve

Work is hectic at the branch ,my coworkers are nice people to work with. I have learnt a lot from each individual they personality that not all of us are the same and we should learn to accommodate each other so that a days work can go forward and working at fnb for this years have toughened me up a bit as I was so soft I can handle the stuff if they haven't brought my work forward and customers used to intimidate me so much but I have developed a thick skin . I love dealing with customers making things right for them giving them the great service they come to the bank for ,I love the risk part of the bank working with money and checking consultants work is intriguing making sure that profiles have correct documents and again when we clearing money we have to make sure that the teller has given the correct amount and compare it to the system . what is most challenging is that at the end of the day you have to be super human and do five jobs at a time and you expected to be done by the end of the day .

Excellent

good planning and organizational skills, planning and excellent diary management. Meeting schedule and booking of venues and ordering of refreshment. minute taking and distribution. customer liaison and attention to technical and maintenance report. Report writing and distribution. My relationship with my co-workers is good is good as we work as a team. I have learned to be focused and to be more proactive. and work together with my colleagues for the best interest of the company
