Assist the Financial Planner with Solving of queries and doing follow-ups and giving feedback to clients, Assist in selling of financial products, Client facing role, branch and client liaison, General administrative duties, Telephonic communication to appointments bookings, Liaise with clients, etc We are a strong team, we work hand in hand with our client, we spend most of the time laughing and sharing ideas around lunch time and we are a family. I learned more about FNB Financial Products, I learned how to deal with customers in a professional manner, I learned a lot in the Financial industry. I enjoy my job a lot more especial when the business is doing well, i enjoy organising functions for my collegues, I enjoy making other people smile. Ensure customer needs and expectations are understood, Deal with customer complaints and finding ways to resolve them, Build and maintain enduring and rewarding relationships with clients and reaching target when we don't business.

Good learning curve
Work is hectic at the branch ,my coworkers are nice people to work with. I have learnt a lot from each individual they personality that not all of us are the same and we should learn to accommodate each other so that a days work can go forward and working at fnb for this years have toughened me up a bit as I was so soft I can handle the stuff if they haven't brought my work forward and customers used to intimidate me so much but I have developed a thick skin . I love dealing with customers making things right for them giving them the great service they come to the bank for ,I love the risk part of the bank working with money and checking consultants work is intriguing making sure that profiles have correct documents and again when we clearing money we have to make sure that the teller has given the correct amount and compare it to the system . what is most challenging is that at the end of the day you have to be super human and do five jobs at a time and you expected to be done by the end of the day .

ALWAYS WILLING TO LEARN
In the three years that I have been employed with FNB I have learnt a lot and have become a Team Leader in Incident Management and not long after that I was offered to become Team Leader in the Finance department. I have a very good and understanding relationships with my co-workers. The challenging aspects of my job was to learn by myself how to run the Finance team. I have learnt a lot by going to other departments and learning how to run with a query from stat to end.

Learning Everyday
Assist on operating switchboard and taking incoming calls; Receiving and screening of calls; Relay Message timeously to appropriate people and follow up when necessary; interact with clients and staff in professional manner; dairy management; schedule and manage internal and external meetings; appointment reminder; anticipate requirement in diary for task other than meetings. We have a good relationship with my co-workers, we are like a one big family, we assist each other mostly with business. I learned a lot from my current employer like financial products, good customer service, assisting the financial planner, company system, organising fuctions for my colleagues, etc. I enjoy doing my work, enjoy meeting new people everyday, enjoy helping client with their financial needs.
