Engaging with line and staff on a regular basis to ascertain what issues are.

I am a vibrant woman. Always up for a challenge and I look for ways to streamline processes in order to perform optimally. Regular engagement is key to building great relationship within any organization.

Teaches the importance of working with people and being honest.

Since I started working at FNB I can see that my confident has improved I work with people everyday and it made me to smile everyday and be friendly ,to be people's person, to be someone a person can trust to share his/her problems with believing I can bring solution.its makes me feel good to be able to help people and give them a smile also.in short I would say am a financial doctor because people come to me believe and hoping to receive healing and help that will solve their problems. I enjoy working with my colleagues we are more like family than colleagues. I have learned that integrity and honesty and dedication are very important at work to be able to grow as an individual.

Pros: promotion would be appreciated
Cons: im a hardworking person working hours dont bother me as long the salary is good

Excellent learning & growth opportunity

I have a passion for sales & working with people. I am outspoken, energetic & full of life! I enjoy working as part of a team, but i also work well on my own. I easily adapt to change. I have effective time management skills & plan ahead. I am organised and communicate effectively.

* Dealing with staff and customers * Meeting sales targets and service complaints * Networking with fellow branch managers to tap into their strengths * Learnt to multitask and how to cope under pressure * I enjoy staff training & development * Long hours, working 7 days a week has taken it toll on my health * Need a change in environment to add value elsewhere * To share my learnings, knowledge and experience for the benefit of others

Sales cosultant for 2 years, cashier for 3 months and clearner till current.

my first job was at shoprite as cashier,absa as a sales consultant& fnb as a sales consultant. i was doing face to face ,scanning, emailing, copping and telephone calls, i had a strong relationship with my colleagues, i learn t to teat customers fair, to take responsibility of my work and intergreat. what i enjoyed the most is to work on the system, communicate with people and to go out to look for people in different place like business park, industrial s and the malls. now i'm working as a casual cleaner at bid vest making coffee cleaning the floor with chemicals and also using cleaning machine.

Excellent communicator
