Great learning opportunity about FICA regulations. Opportunity for growth.
Legal acedemic young female, recently graduated from UCT Law school. At my current post we are offered opportunity to grow within the department. I am a go getter, I always find a way to up skill. We have flex hours at work, and I am an early bird (just to catch the worm). The department is fairly relax, however we all know what we are here for. At FNB we are regularly faced with deadlines we have to meet, and are required to put in extra time. Deadlines is one of the few challenges we face from time to time. I am a relaxed individual who self motivates to achieve my set goals in life. Kindly see attached CV for my details.

My job
it is amazing to work for thie company, i provide customers with excellent service and try to assist them in the best possible way. we all have a god relationship with each other , learnet to take ownership not be shy and speak out more

Team Work
Receiving and screening of calls; Relay Message timeously to appropriate people and follow up when necessary; interact with clients and staff in professional manner; appointment reminder; preparing of meetings and organising office functions; preparing reference material for meeting; keeping track of new and existing clients through updating contact list; etc. Great Relationship, we communicate effectively job related issues, we support each other interms of assisting clients. I learned a lot from current role, more especialy in understanding customer's behaviour, communication, handling complaints, how to help them regarding their financial needs. I enjoy to meet different people everyday, building relationships, solving queries, working with peaple who understand me, manage to get my job done before nock off time and i enjoy organising christmas Party, Team Building, farewell, etc. Challenging aspecs is how to deal with a fraud star, how to handle a complaining client, etc.

Excellent learning curve and exploring other options
I am a dedicated person; a hard worker, a person who takes pride in her work, who has respect for other people and who takes accountability for her own actions. My abilities and experience within the corporate world make me an ideal candidate at any organisation. I am self-motivated individual who adapts to situations, is assertive, approachable, helpful, customer focused and ethical. I am a team player who is people orientated and responsible, is able to cope under pressure. I am able to work on own initiative or as part of a team. I also have an ability to analyse documents and situations. Knowledge of financial administration and ability to communicate with people and good telephone etiquette, able to do filling manually or electronically. Learning curve
I enjoyed working at Fnb but I need something permanent.I got other experiences as well and they allowed us to work overtime and they were paying for it.but I just don't like working on saturdays but besides anything else FNB is nice and its a stepping stone for most of us

A appreciation for customer satisfaction
:co workers know to come to me should they struggle on call "that not all customers are calling to complain :when i take the irate ones and make them laugh and leave satisfied :fixing other departments messes is most challenging

Excellent learning and development
I am responsible for partnering with auditors and monitoring program management and operations in enhancing the compliance strategy, tools ,testing and quality assurance practices, and executing monitoring plans appropriate. My focus is mainly on monitoring and auditing to detect potential violations of business conduct standards, Policy violations and other emerging risk areas deemed appropriate by the auditing and monitoring program.
