A walk in the right direction
I'm currently an atm custodian at fnb, I enjoy my work on a daily basis although there are challenges, we as a team get through it. I've leant that every place you end up in, is the next building block for what's about to happen. Always keep a positive outlook on life and believe that you can and trust in our creator to do the rest. Good luck to everybody out there just do the best you can and stand firm.

A appreciation for customer satisfaction
:co workers know to come to me should they struggle on call "that not all customers are calling to complain :when i take the irate ones and make them laugh and leave satisfied :fixing other departments messes is most challenging
Pros: great way to learn how to be patient and to listen
Cons: when customers refuse to say they are happy.

Data extraction T-Sequel Data Analysis Data Integrity The environment is good and friendly. Its not always busy except on month end. I enjoy the work and culture. The most challenging aspect is growth . I do not know where to start. I do not have a mentor.

Team Work
Receiving and screening of calls; Relay Message timeously to appropriate people and follow up when necessary; interact with clients and staff in professional manner; appointment reminder; preparing of meetings and organising office functions; preparing reference material for meeting; keeping track of new and existing clients through updating contact list; etc. Great Relationship, we communicate effectively job related issues, we support each other interms of assisting clients. I learned a lot from current role, more especialy in understanding customer's behaviour, communication, handling complaints, how to help them regarding their financial needs. I enjoy to meet different people everyday, building relationships, solving queries, working with peaple who understand me, manage to get my job done before nock off time and i enjoy organising christmas Party, Team Building, farewell, etc. Challenging aspecs is how to deal with a fraud star, how to handle a complaining client, etc.

preparing reference material for meeting; keeping track of new and existing clients through updating contact list; file retrieve all documents electronically; manage filing system on a daily basis; prepare correspondence; format documentation; other support and administration duties; ensure all issues are actioned and deadlines are met; manage stationary suppliers, any other ad hoc secretarial and administration duties; relief on reception as and when required, etc . Team player, delegating responsibility and contribute to successes, Able to communicate effectively at all levels; Peoples person. I’ve learned a lot form my current role, Good customer service, how assist a Financial planner to to a better job. I always enjoy a challenge and neither to achieve my goals. Ensure customer needs and expectations are understood Deal with customer complaints and finding ways to resolve them Build and maintain enduring and rewarding relationships with clients Provide selling/product solutions to clients

Meeting new people everyday
Assist on operating switchboard and taking incoming calls; Receiving and screening of calls; Relay Message timeously to appropriate people and follow up when necessary; interact with clients and staff in professional manner; dairy management; schedule and manage internal and external meetings; appointment reminder; preparing of meetings and organising office functions; manage filing system on a daily basis; prepare correspondence; format documentation; other support and administration duties; ensure all issues are actioned and deadlines are met; manage stationary suppliers and any other ad hoc secretarial and administration duties; relief on reception as and when required. I've learned to engage with clients, networking with other insurance company. We have a good relationship because we work hand in hand with my colleagues in order for us to assist clients. I enjoy meeting new people everyday and I'm always looking forward to assist clients each and everyday. Challenging aspects is deal with fraudstars.

Learning curve
I enjoyed working at Fnb but I need something permanent.I got other experiences as well and they allowed us to work overtime and they were paying for it.but I just don't like working on saturdays but besides anything else FNB is nice and its a stepping stone for most of us

With my 16 years facilities experience and my electrical engineering educational back ground
I am team work I notice two hands are better than one hand, enjoy most working with hands be involve physical, I have learnt that I spend most of my time hire at work so my co worker is like my family and when we have conflict we have to resolve it before the end of the business. The most challenging aspects of the job is working on heights because of my Wight but I am working on it by doing some road running every day,
