I have acquired at a banking industry and accounting company commendable skills in client relations and business communication and preparation of financial statements. I enjoy a challenge that is in a proffessional manner.

Dealing with different customers and learning new things everyday
working from Monday to Saturday dealing with difficult and friendly customers.Working with a great team,working hard to serve customers and reach our targets on a daily basis.I have learnt to work under-pressure and always putting myself into the customer's shoes.I really enjoy what i am doing,my work as a consultant and meeting new people every day and when we went out for team buildings.When comes deadlines for target and only to found out that you haven't reach your target then that's a challenge as you have to give explanations.

Excellent learning curve
I am a fast leaner. I am able to work on my own with minimal supervion. Am goal oriented and result driven. I am a team player but also have the ability to work independently .

Hard word,ability to work under pressure and quick learner
Working at fnb its great opportunity to me because I have learn so money things ,when I started working there I had no work experience but they believe in me and welcome me to their company.Fnb its very busy bank ,every day we meet with different customers and making sure we deliver a very good service to our customers .Working with my colleague its nice,they are a bunch of good people, we work as a team ,the challenge am facing is to make sure I make my target every month ,I give the customers a good service very day
Pros: When you make your target, you get rewarded by vouchers and your commission
Cons: We open from 8:30 to 17:00,then Saturday 8:30 to 13:00

Learning Everyday
Assist on operating switchboard and taking incoming calls; Receiving and screening of calls; Relay Message timeously to appropriate people and follow up when necessary; interact with clients and staff in professional manner; dairy management; schedule and manage internal and external meetings; appointment reminder; and organising office functions, etc. Able to communicate effectively at all levels; Peoples person, Team player, delegating responsibility and contribute to successes. I’ve learned a lot form my current role, but now I'm looking for a new challenge, opportunity to broaden my horizons to gain a new skill-set, all of which I see the potential for in this job. I always enjoy a challenge and neither to achieve my goals as nothing comes to you handed on a plate. Giving the best service, and making sure that you retain the customers and still doingbthings about the book.learning new things everyday and finding new was to excellent and give wow service also jot forgetting time management and treating every customer the same with respect and professional always

Meeting New People everyday

Most challenging Aspecs of the job is dealing with fraud star, difficult clients
