Excellent learning curve
I am a fast leaner. I am able to work on my own with minimal supervion. Am goal oriented and result driven. I am a team player but also have the ability to work independently .

HR in the workplace
Great culture within the teams however top management can sometimes feel disconnected. Colleagues are a great support. Learnt to have true conversations with employees and line including the tough conversations. Enjoyed the interaction with the teams however working in a regional office can prove lonely and have its own set of challenges.

Learning Organisation
A good environment to grow and sharpen your skills in the field of HR. Working for the most innovative bank in SA comes with inherent and constant changes which requires one to always be alert and receptive to change and be able to adapt with the changes.

it was a good and worth while experience
our day will start at 8am with 45min. lunch time. My relationship with my co-workers was a wonderful experience. I had learnt somuch especialy in taking responsibility of my work and reliability. I have enjoyed mostly the team building we had, being in charge of the team during my snr's upsent, though it was challenging having to deligate some task to your sub-ordinates while they have to deal with their jobs at the same time.
Pros: The company had a great window for promotions when suitable occurs
Cons: hours were reasonable 8am to 16:45

Personal Assistant
I'm very organised, I don't get stressed to easily and I can deal with most situations, maintain high standard of work under pressurized conditions. I'm also very intuitive and can juggle lots of different task, ability to tackle tasks in an excellent organized, methodical manner. Willing and keen to gain experience in other fields of work and prepare to go the extra mile in any task. Ability to use description and dealing with sensitive information in confidential and professional manner Easily adaptable to change, flexible to handle tasks other than normal work. Have 20 years of banking experiences All rounder Becoming a Team leader after a year employed by FNB then in 6 months was offered to become the Team leader in the Finance team.
