Excellent learning curve

My typical day at work is busy due to taking calls and entering data at the same time, i have a good relationship with my co-workers because i truly believe in being a team player and have learnt a vast amount of skills from maintaining accounts and telephone ettiquette, i enjoy helping people and the challenge is dealing with angry clients and trying to help them technically.

Pros: more knowledge
Cons: hours are a bit long

Execellent communication with stuff members

Productive environment, friendly and proffesional. Time cautious. Work is normally submitted before stipulated deadline. The company tends to give out various tasks to different teams to equip the stuff with various powerful skills

Customer Service experience

My job involved working with people on a daily basis, working in teams and face to face interaction with customers. I have learned that customer service is the foundation of a business to succeed. My working environment was competitive and challenging in terms of reaching monthly targets. I mostly enjoyed our morning meeting discussing the daily planning to improve our output to customers.

Working with people or clients was a great experience, understanding their different behaviors

Working at the bank has been a good learning experience, i have learn to be more discipline working clients information and to be a good team player. I enjoyed interacting with clients and building good business relationship with them. The challenging part was to meet the monthly sales targets which was a good learning experience.

Pros: Fnb is a great company which allows you to build your carrier and show your individual skills. The benefits were fairly good for the employees.
Cons: To be honest the only disadvantage for working at First national bank was a salary. I was under paid and when i check the survey for all the employees, they all complained about income.

Fast Learner , Accuracy .

I am dedicated respectful, trustworthiness and friendly individual. I take my responsibilities extremely serious and keen on furthering my knowledge and learning new things, I am a quick learner and take pride in my work. I have the ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure and meet deadlines, I always provide outstanding results I can work well on my own and enjoy working in a team, and I enjoy challenge.
