My day is all about servicing customers with what they require and assist them with other things mybe products that might help them in the future. My relationship with my coworkers is great we like a family. Have learnt to be patient with customers as others do not understand banking and some are old people so that requires patience and understanding. Everyday brings new challenges and new experiences so that is what I enjoy, that your day is never the same.

A appreciation for customer satisfaction
:co workers know to come to me should they struggle on call "that not all customers are calling to complain :when i take the irate ones and make them laugh and leave satisfied :fixing other departments messes is most challenging

Personal Assistant
deal with most situations, maintain high standard of work under pressurized conditions. I'm also very intuitive and can juggle lots of different task, ability to tackle tasks in an excellent organized, methodical manner. Learning curve
I enjoyed working at Fnb but I need something permanent.I got other experiences as well and they allowed us to work overtime and they were paying for it.but I just don't like working on saturdays but besides anything else FNB is nice and its a stepping stone for most of us

Good learning more about fica in the company
-Its a place that one would find be skilled,as we never get to do one thing daily -getting it easy as i'm a team player and helping out when its needed. -i have learnt a lot to understand products and type of entity's i'm dealing with and whats required for me to get it right. -i enjoy dealing with clients and making them happy all the time. -I wouldn't say i find it challenging i'm always willing to learn and get to know more about my job requirement.

Awesome People Culture
I work within a young professional team. My typical day involves most often than not back to back meetings with various stakeholders from various product houses. these meetings either center around the stakeholder requirements or updates on future / current workloads. The most challenging aspect of my job description is getting the various stakeholders on the same page from a business delivery perspective.

Customer experience and team work
I am really enjoying working with customers, different personalities, I go an extra mile trying to help other team members and customers. Yes, I can say I am a team player and I am also customer orientated, you have to put your customer first and as if he or she is the only one. I believe you need to clearly communicate with your team to be a better one. I have been working for FNB for 15 years and I am happy an satisfied with everything that I have learned from the organization, but I think for me now it's time for a new beginning. Being away from my family is tough, I am trying to find something else closer to my family.
