Good learning more about fica in the company
-Its a place that one would find be skilled,as we never get to do one thing daily -getting it easy as i'm a team player and helping out when its needed. -i have learnt a lot to understand products and type of entity's i'm dealing with and whats required for me to get it right. -i enjoy dealing with clients and making them happy all the time. -I wouldn't say i find it challenging i'm always willing to learn and get to know more about my job requirement.
Pros: i'm still on contract
Cons: i can manage long hours as i would be working overtime and weekends

Excellent learner
I am working as a kyc remediation business banker, also do inbound and outbound calls to business banking clients and individuals. I sometimes assist Qaulity Assurance time in making sure that the business Accounts a kyc remediated-all required documents have been submitted. I work well as a team mate and individual, i try my best to help others who are struggling in my work field and also ask for help where i am struggling.
Pros: Growth, great opportunity to learn so much about finance and business

FNB is a great company, Its very innovative and customer oriented.They have great values and beliefs and strive in keeping their clients and employees happy.

Excellent learning curve
FNB is a great company to work for, training and knowledge about banking is quite broad, in terms of the different products, risk, compliance, customer service, sales and retentions. I enjoy the team work and that we all work to achieve one goal, whatever the challenge may be. The most challenging aspects are when you have people being negative and you need to remain focus on what the goal is and not allowing the negativity to interfere in the given task. Working hours are okay, except for working on a Sunday and a full day on Saturday 8hrs one week, 9 hours the following week.

Great work environment
Making sure team targets are met with minimal error rate. great team work spirit Excellent values transparency between management and staff. Dealing with different personalities can be tough but we always handled it diplomatically.

Very Innovative Bank
Great culture and people but no work life balance. Innovative, very professional and tech savy environment. Everything id automated. Lots of online apps for employees, strong owner manager culture.

I have learned and gained a lot
Im a go better, I've won an award with fnb,fraud buster, and have been nominated employee of the month severarly.when I start work I see it finish I don't like pending files,and if I promised a customernto get back to them I do it within24 hours.phone must not ring more than three times without no answer.I never tell a customer I don't know I always say I will find out. Keeping customers happy is my mission.
Pros: Working towards a common goal, and achieving the goal
Cons: Month end is always the busy and we work harder,and compromise our lunch hours

I am a fast and quick learner who is willing to start a new career , the bank taught me lots of thing and I am also will to take that experience for new job.being on different roles in the bank I learn a lot and also on how to do customer service

Sales oriented person. willing to Learn ,team player ,am currently sales and service consultant . I've done telling ,enjoy dealing pressure ,I enjoy dealing with pressure . My biggest challenge is when I don't get support from superiors .
