Slow growth, few opportunities for promotion
I I hold a Masters degree in Economic Science from the University of the Witwatersrand and I would like to apply for the Quantitative Analyst role however I have been an administrator at FNB for 4 years with no prospect of getting a promotion

Need to learn something new
my work experience is now 12 years at the bank, I enjoy giving great customer service to clients. my work colleagues are great we don't have issues with each other great team work, I worked in 3 different departments so I have learned allot during my years here. my most challenging aspect of my job is when its travel season we do get lots of orders so then there is not enough hours in a day

Play to my strengths
I perceive myself to be a person who is self-confident and reliable. I set goals and try to the best of my ability to achieve them. I always strive for success. I work well in a team to accomplish any task. I’ m a team player, patient, perseverant, loyal and hardworking and will be an asset to any company. I’m willing to walk the extra mile to meet deadlines and achieve goals. I have very strong organisational skills and the ability to learn new procedures in a very short space of time. I have been arranging events over the last 12 years and arranged/ coordinated/ managed approximately 125 functions to date.

I am currently responsiable for RMB Private Bank Merchants Channel
A typical day for me consist of the following. Firstly ill download a updated report of all transactions exceeding their limits. Thereafter make contact with the client and private banker to resolve this. If the clients circumstances doesn't allow for his account to be equalized its my duty to whey the risk and have our credit division and banker either do a credit assessment temp credit arrangement.Collections of all arrears and special arrangements are setup by myself and meetings with myself the client and our risk management division to assess the risk factors to the bank. My relationship with my co-workers is very professional and I always receive positive feedback. I have learnt that a positive attitude bring positive results. The most challenging aspect of my job was to establish a relationship with my portfolio bankers and divisional manager. This was eventually done and the outcome was exceptionally good.

Great learning opportunity about FICA regulations. Opportunity for growth.
Legal acedemic young female, recently graduated from UCT Law school. At my current post we are offered opportunity to grow within the department. I am a go getter, I always find a way to up skill. We have flex hours at work, and I am an early bird (just to catch the worm). The department is fairly relax, however we all know what we are here for. At FNB we are regularly faced with deadlines we have to meet, and are required to put in extra time. Deadlines is one of the few challenges we face from time to time. I am a relaxed individual who self motivates to achieve my set goals in life. Kindly see attached CV for my details.

Excellent customer seviece
I have resolved a number of complaints and assisted the customers in their banking needs, I handle more +-100 client a day therefore I can work in a stressful environment and can handle any amount of work pressure. I am flexible with the work timing and do not have problem doing night shift as well as working on weekends. I am diplomatic, co-operative, team player, outgoing. I am capable of providing superior service, work for the customer satisfaction and achieve the company’s goals, I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. I am confident that I can become an important part of your organization.

I have learned and gained a lot
Im a go better, I've won an award with fnb,fraud buster, and have been nominated employee of the month severarly.when I start work I see it finish I don't like pending files,and if I promised a customernto get back to them I do it within24 hours.phone must not ring more than three times without no answer.I never tell a customer I don't know I always say I will find out. Keeping customers happy is my mission.

Cons: Month end is always the busy and we work harder,and compromise our lunch hours
