Excellent leadership skills, excellent systems knowlwdge of banking
a typical day at work would be to priorities my daily duties at start of business. my relationship with my co-workers is that of an open door policy, knowledge sharing, the go to person and treating everyone like they matter and contribute to the business. i have learnt on how to manage and deal with conflicting situations as well as leading a diverse team of consultants. i have learnt that showing interest in the growth of people with in the business is a contributing factor to the success of the team and the business. i
Pros: the on great pro is seeing a consultnat grow into a position that they worked for. i have gained a lot of banking experience and knowledge. i am flexible and adaptable to any environment.

Excellent leadership abilities
I am a young and dynamic professional with over 10 years of experience in the Finance sector and I have grown from years of Customer Service experience to now leading a team of over three dozen employees. I take pride in my leadership abilities but firmly believe that true leadership involves being a part of the team and leading by example.

Excellent learning programmes
I would like to work with teamplayers, a manager who will not be intimitated by my curiosity and being open-minded. We go out on teambuildings and support each other through hard times and good times. The most challenging aspects of my job is my line manager who never listens and takes advices from (us) junior staff.
