Liaise with clients, Network with Insurance companies and other departments, Handling of documentation and complying with requirements of the industry, relationship retention and customer centric, Target driven Commitment to client service excellence, Vast knowledge of banking products, Solving of queries and doing follow-ups and giving feedback to clients, Assist in selling of financial products, Client facing role, branch and client liaison, General administrative duties, etc. Best relationships, we work as a team I learned lot about Financial Products, how to deal with client, System, how to handle pressure,etc 1st I enjoy waking up in the morning and coming to work because I love the job that Iam doing, i enjoy organising functions for my colleagues. Exceptional, vibrate, energetic ready to learn new grounds or responsibilities
I have worked with the most amazing team of Managers at FNB who are young vibrate and always full of ideas on how to better our work relationship and keep a very healthy relationship with our landlords or clients. I am currently an administrator, but I have been exposed to Management work in a way that when anyone comes in our department and finds me in the absence of Managers, if its a client with a certain query, they will definitely get full assistance from me. If its rental issues, where we need to recover any rentals outstanding, I am ready for that. I am currently doing a higher Diploma in Banking with Melpark, just to sharpen my accounting skills and Business management. I wish to expand my knowledge in property hence I am applying for a Managerial possision. I am a very vibrante and passionate hard worker.I don't rest without solving a problem or getting new ways in solving queries and keeping our clients satisfied.

Slow growth, few opportunities for promotion
I I hold a Masters degree in Economic Science from the University of the Witwatersrand and I would like to apply for the Quantitative Analyst role however I have been an administrator at FNB for 4 years with no prospect of getting a promotion

Need to learn something new
my work experience is now 12 years at the bank, I enjoy giving great customer service to clients. my work colleagues are great we don't have issues with each other great team work, I worked in 3 different departments so I have learned allot during my years here. my most challenging aspect of my job is when its travel season we do get lots of orders so then there is not enough hours in a day

Great environment
Great environment always learning something new. The people are great, diverse from grad trainees to veterans in the IT space. The people offer loads of energy in terms of new technologies that can be used in the various spaces. Passion for meeting client requirements and delivery on projects of high quality is a big and important deal.
Pros: It has won awards for being the most innovative bank so its a wonderful experience to be a part of it

Better place to grow
It was a great place to learn and understant the work environment. And knowing how important is the customer in the business. I enjoyed working with customers and able to solve their problems. Working as a team to achieve our goal was so nice and encouraging to wake up and go to work

I have learned a lot from the bank
Working for fnb was such an amazing thing , i had a good relationship with my co-workers we would share ideas help each other in busy times and also share sales ,i have enjoyed being part of the team we would laugh and be there for each other in hard times, the most challenging aspect of the job was you will be given a target each and every month to reach for certain products that will make u to work hard and work over time if you have to so that you can achive it .
Pros: you get to go and work outside the branch there you interact with different people

Excellent learning curve
