I arrive at seven to prepare for the day send all clients application forms, print all submitted applications send them to the credit department. 8:00 start calling all home loan clients 10:00 call all cheque, credit card, over draft, personal loans 14:30 I take lunch because I have reached my daily target. 15:30 its knock off time I start working overtime until 19:00. Help team mates who fall behind with sales calls and QA measures. Being the best I can be to every clients has helped me to grow in confidens

Being the best teller and also an icon of the company
I'm a fast leaner I also have lots of experience, I'm also will to work extra hours. I'm also punctual,accurate and I have good working skill. I'm also a team worker.

Excellent learning curve
I started at FNB straight out of school not knowing anything at all, i now have admin ,excel , outlook, word and many other skills such as sales and service that i now know quite well, it has been very enriching experience and if i had the opportunity to do it again i would because of what i have learnt thus far.
Pros: I have learnt a lot of new skills that are needed in a working environment

Exceptional, vibrate, energetic ready to learn new grounds or responsibilities
I have worked with the most amazing team of Managers at FNB who are young vibrate and always full of ideas on how to better our work relationship and keep a very healthy relationship with our landlords or clients. I am currently an administrator, but I have been exposed to Management work in a way that when anyone comes in our department and finds me in the absence of Managers, if its a client with a certain query, they will definitely get full assistance from me. If its rental issues, where we need to recover any rentals outstanding, I am ready for that. I am currently doing a higher Diploma in Banking with Melpark, just to sharpen my accounting skills and Business management. I wish to expand my knowledge in property hence I am applying for a Managerial possision. I am a very vibrante and passionate hard worker.I don't rest without solving a problem or getting new ways in solving queries and keeping our clients satisfied.

Knowledgeable
My typical day at work is about reaching my daily target to ensure my team's monthly targets is reached ,My co workers and i get along we put our differences aside for the team's benefit the most challenging part is having our leads finished the we dialled different campaigns i really got exposed to the financial industry and banking industry as whole

Willing to Learn
Good working relationship with co workers .enjoying dealing with difficult clients.Sales oriented person . I enjoying dealing with pressure .hard worker.Sales driven person . My only challenge is when I don't support from my superiors when I require.

Excellent learning curve
I got to start from ground up and it was not easy but I'm glad I was noticed and given another position within the company.I learned a lot about the banking sector even had the opportunity to brush up on the skills I already had and at the same I developed new skills.

Excellent learning curve and exploring other options
I am a dedicated person; a hard worker, a person who takes pride in her work, who has respect for other people and who takes accountability for her own actions. My abilities and experience within the corporate world make me an ideal candidate at any organisation.
