Taught me to be patient

It's a great experience working for a growing company. It teaches one how to work within a team, how to treat clients. How to apply HEAT (Hear Empathize Acknowledged and Take action). The challenging part is having to explain in a patient way that what the client requires it cannot be done in that way they needed to be in. Overall it's a good company to work for.

How to solve problems, basically challenges that we face with clients

My daily activities include opening savings accounts, assisting clients with their transactions and handing out personal loans to clients. We also do telemarketing ,which basically includes calling clients to invite them into the branch for new services which we have to offer, or doing follow ups based on service received in the branch.

Pros: Awards for great work
Cons: working longer hours, unlike most banks, and no commission

WORK DAY COMPRISES OF A LARGE AMOUNT OF CLIENTS THAT NEEDS TO BE SERVED ACCORDING TO THEIR NEEDS, THE GENERAL CASHIER DUTIES FILING AND ATTENDING TO ENQUIRES ARE ALSO PART AND PARCEL OF THE PACKAGE

I am adaptable and eager to develop myself within the company that is willing to mold my strength into key attributes that will build upon my strong character. Continuous

Our team consists of few people and there are many departments. I get on well with my colleagues and we work well as a team. I enjoy the fact that we are constantly busy throughout the day and the there is no fear of retrenchment as that is a reality in this country. The most challenging aspect is that you can work longer hours, you can work weekends but the incoming work is never complete. There are just not enough people for the amount of work the departments are dealing with on a daily basis.

Cons: work load never seems to come to an end. Staff not given incentives only small bonus (but always threatened to lose them)

Excellent learning curve

I love working long hours. I appreciate working with people I love working with people helping customers . I have to learn that working with people should be patient and confident even motivated. I enjoy most talking and helping people ..challenges is that sometimes people can be rude

first company I've worked for and greatest teacher. I've worked with various departments' management and have learned a lot through them. not much growth opportunities but permanent jobs a great bonus

Good learning opportunity

Manage clients complaints, assist clients with whatever assistance they need,open accounts and grant credit. Do cashier duties nd give clients options based on our product offer

Banking : recruitment

The most challeging aspect of the position is travelling to the Northern Cape and Western Cape. I attend to assessments, interviewing, branch visits.No collegues work alone and independently.Travel alone.Good realtionship with office staff

Stepping stone

Working at capitec has given me knowledge of not just the finance industry but the customer service satisfaction delivery aspects as well. It requires high levels of energy and abilities of both independance and team work to be the best. Target driven means consistently pushing yourself beyond boundaries.
