Friendly work environment.

Being in a customer service environment has taught me to adapt to Changes in the work environment, familiarise myself with the ever changing system applications, the importance of confidentiality with client’s information and providing timeous feedback to clients as promised. My current duties and responsibilities include requesting FICA documents to ensure compliance. Performing document verification checks , authenticate clients telephonically via XDS for fraud prevention. I’ve also assist a Central Branch department where, in addition to scrutinising documents, my duties involved approving savings accounts and activating sms updates for new banking clients. WORK DAY COMPRISES OF A LARGE AMOUNT OF CLIENTS THAT NEEDS TO BE SERVED ACCORDING TO THEIR NEEDS, THE GENERAL CASHIER DUTIES FILING AND ATTENDING TO ENQUIRES ARE ALSO PART AND PARCEL OF THE PACKAGE

Miss

With my current work its a great experience i ever had. Being there for each other. Willingness tp learn from other people. Ability to understand the strength nd weak points of 1individual. That opportunity to share and listen to each others curve bols and try to solve them as a team. Mostly is beong there for each. Stamding for each person and not undermining if a person has lack information of something else.

Pros: When you are willing to learn you get that opportunity to be helped in development. Be a humble person helped me in achieving alot in my company like having bonuses when i achieved my targets,quartely incentives and motivational speeches
Cons: 8 hours a day when you are dealing with a diffucult client and yet you need to calm down and address that person in a respectful manner

Excellent learning curve

I love working long hours. I appreciate working with people I love working with people helping customers . I have to learn that working with people should be patient and confident even motivated. I enjoy most talking and helping people ..challenges is that sometimes people can be rude

Stepping stone

Working at capitec has given me knowledge of not just the finance industry but the customer service satisfaction delivery aspects as well. It requires high levels of energy and abilities of both independance and team work to be the best. Target driven means consistently pushing yourself beyond boundaries.

Excellent learning curve

We work hard because a number of new clients increases daily, but with the training we received when joining the company, we manage to cope really well.

Pros: Promotions are a bit rare but it all depends on the hard work one gives.

Longer working hours, a lot of work and there is a huge salary gap between managers and their assistants, there should be a review their salary structure
