Great challenge to customer care
Capitec is a great bank to work in , the environment is challenging and sophisticated however it builds a strong character and teaches one on how to deal with different personalities. The team spirit is there and encouraging and the feeling of being able to assist people is just amazing, you learn alot.
Pros: Great for interpersonal skills

Consultant of the year in my branch.
Its a well balanced environment to be working in. The manager gives each an every employee equal chance to shine and learn duties as a manager. The only challenge is the working hours. I wish to get a job that il rest sometimes on weekends.
Pros: I believe there is growth in this company and lot of positive people supportive and encouraging.
Cons: Sometimes they are not brutally honest.

Good learning curvr
I love to be a team player therefore i start with the positive note, that I should not forget what I came at work to do and that is to put the customers need first and make sure I provided a good first call resolution to customers and I a good relationship with my co-workers, should there be any differences I believe that they should be handled immediately and if not then the supervisor should engage in this matter to be solved. I have learnt to respect that we all come from different background and cultures, to treat my co-workers the way I would like to be treated. I enjoy doing my job and making sure that I do it accurately and if unsure then I ask to avoid causing the company the risks of a loss. The most challenging aspect of the job is to make sure that I don't take every incident that I deal with lightly because I need to treat customers information with confidentiality at all times.

Good working relationship
Working at Capitec had taught me a lot about customer care and team work. i have learned a lot about being trustworthy and professional in all manners. Cash handling and dealing with the customer complaints in a very professional way has made me a very bold person I am today.

Friendly work environment.
Being in a customer service environment has taught me to adapt to Changes in the work environment, familiarise myself with the ever changing system applications, the importance of confidentiality with client’s information and providing timeous feedback to clients as promised. My current duties and responsibilities include requesting FICA documents to ensure compliance. Performing document verification checks , authenticate clients telephonically via XDS for fraud prevention. I’ve also assist a Central Branch department where, in addition to scrutinising documents, my duties involved approving savings accounts and activating sms updates for new banking clients. Learning environment
Its repetitive as you open accounts do loan applications and other transactions. My relation with my co workers is nuetral, i work well with all of them. I have learnt to give customer service, client comes first, good team work. I enjoy running the branch when given the opportunity to do so as i feel i have good leadership skills. Challenges is when clients ask for the impossible and then you try your best to give them what they want.

Good conpany
Good company . I enjoyed a lot to work fir capitec bank. In reffering a lot of peaple to work there i even recruit lots of custoners to supprt the bank as the service is verry good and its up to standard all the time .

Good learning environment
Working at Capitec is so good,you get to learn new things around the bank,dealing with different clients personally and getting knowledge and skills that you can apply everywhere you go into different companies.

Excellent skills, learning
You work with people, you get to learn or understand different characters. You deal with difficult clients/ financially distressed clients and you get to empathise with them and hear their concern and provide a solutions. You change branches, you get to adapt quickly to new people and environment. Work as a team, you become a team player. Acquire good communication skills as communication is the key to achieve excellent service. You know how to work underpresure, we targets to meet and deadlines for meeting those targets. We are accountable and take ownership of our job, you equip yourself with knowlegde as there is always changes in credit granting policies and branch policies. You get to trust your co-worker as we work as a team always. You multitask, answer calls while doing other tasks on hand. We are flexible, we are taught to do some management tasks as we also have to do our own. If other team member (s) are not available at work, you do your tasks and do theirs as well.
