Great learning experience
Service all client needs, Great co-workers who are very supporting, I have learned about patience and people skills, I love interaction with clients and being able to help and guide them, Challenges are some clients are very rude and demanding when it isnt necessary to be like that.

Learning curve
Very busy. Feeling like we are being micro managed. A lot of paper work even if We are a paperless bank. So many things happening not always to keep up with everything.

Life as a banker
I work in a bank where by on a day to day I work with different types of people and personalities be it from colleagues or from clients. I learn a lot from clients and unfortunately even when a client is not always right, they have to be made to be seen as they are always right. You need to be sympathetic to all situations.

I lIlearned hpw tp multitask as the duties were being:caahier,meet and greet clients,sell funeral policies as well as processing funeral claims,issuing lians,follow up on bad debts,replenishing wth g4s custodians,telemarkerting,receiving and sending emails,converting non-banking clients,capturing client info and opening savings accounts for clientsearned
Pros: Meet set targets,internal vacancies were advertised before that is done externally
Cons: Long working hours were extended on and after the 25th of every month until the 1st if rhe following month,as well as trading on Sunday and public holiday
