1.What is like to work for my company My day to day work includes calling users and make arrangement with them to delivery the laptops or to attend the incidents Follow up with Users on old calls and update those calls as per Escalate unresolved calls to the IT managers or to the third IT level 3. I have learned to be always calm no matter how difficult is the situation or Client i am dealing with 4.I am enjoying to work with people and see their IT problems resolved by me 5.Most Challenging aspects on my job is to work on the deadline but i take extra hours if it neccesary to finish my job on time

i work with customers and mostly my role intails customer service and making sure that the serivice scores are on par based on staff competency,customer value and customer ease.on busy days i also do teller processing of transactions (deposits,withdrawals and transfering of cash between clients accounts. i work well with my collequeas and for a stronger working relationship and improvement we give each other constructive critisism. through out the years ive been with absa i learnt 3 departments work and also do relief as a specialist manager if my manager is not in. i enjoy working in a team and the most cahllenging aspects of my job would be having to please a difficult client especially on things that are beyond the branch level where you cant really say no but have to make ways of assisting.

How well does my employer pay me.Am i still relevant for the job?
end to end monitoring of applications, pulling daily and monthly reports, overall health check of systems/applications and report to senior management a very healthy working relationship with a bit of mentoring to juniors, I have learnt to be goal driven, dedicated and be supportive at all times work life balance with option to work from home on Fridays has improve both my family employer relationship and there is a significant improvement of absenteeism. because 100% compliance, I have to make sure that my system report accurately for all Sanctions related reports and that it is available at all times..
Pros: can be promoted to steam leads or lead technology partner..
Cons: none unless if there is dissaster recovery activities

The working environment is good . There hasnt been many optunitey to grow within the business
I need something more challagining. Something that i am going to learn more . You need the job experience and also the degree to move up the lader but i feel they should look at what ppl do and give them an opportunity to grow and groom them more.

Excellent Learning Environment
High pressured environment, I lead Support for the Core Banking Applications. Martin for error is very low. Attention to detail is key. I make sure that the applications are perfoming optimally.
