Good Learning Curve
Working at Absa is okay. The environment is conducive for working. - My typical working day includes supporting the system with user requests and making sure that the health is always good. - i have a good relationship with my co-workers and we are always assisting each other.

Great teamwork. Work best under pressure. Learning something new everyday. Love to couch new people. Working in different departments in the bank. Being able to multi skill myself. Going on trainings. Couching from management is tops. Being able to work and management always "wowing" me for my work. Feels great to be the first one in line when other branches are struggling, means management relies on me to. Having access to policies and procedures, my payslip, my pension fund etc. Couching myself also to be more patient. Worked at enquiries, branch admin, specialist manager, teller, atm and treasury and loved all of it.

I have been working for Absa since 2008 May 01 to date, First two years as a Bank Teller and the rest as a Branch Administrator, i have learnt a lot from this Companty and still learning on a daily basis, Customer satisfaction is a crucial part that's one thing i have also learnt, Dedication and determination is also important as it helps a person t grow

I get along well with all my colleagues in the years that I have served at this current company I havent received a complaint or fought with any staff memeber including our clients. I respect and give our clients great customer service and do so at the best of my ability without bending policies and procedures. I have trained in the most of our departments so that when we are short staffed I can fill the gaps to avoid complaints and keeping our clients happy and to keep them within the business

I worked in a highly pressurized environment and understand fully to deliver the best work under any circumstances.Multitasking is part of a daily requirement and I do it naturally.I have experienced that working together as a team can deliver greater results than to be alone.I dealt with all aspects of my daily work with ease I was in administration and did immaculate work having a sales team under me I delivered work that received 100% on all my audits.I will do my best and there would be no room for complaints.

I had a good relationship with with my coworkers and management. I had a good experience on working with customers and how to handle angry customers everyday. I also enjoyed working on site looking for business though it was not easy. ABSA is a good company to work for.
