Learning curve

It's very busy at work, I work very hard. I work well in a team and for co workers i have a good relationship with them. What i"ve learnt is, the harder you work the more achievement you get. I love working in a team.

Proactiveness, love challenges always learn something new

It's always a busy day with agents assisting in escalations, sales or problem solving. We always have to be meeting services levels and targets. There's constant learning curves daily which is good as others always room for advancing ones knowledge.There's tracking of hourly and daily performance and stats...and managing a team of 12 together in relieving fellow managers when out of lunch or out the office. There's constant feedback provided to our seniors on concerns and problematic areas. It's a constant challenge daily as sometimes there's not enough time to finish up a days work as managing agents and coaching them to up performance takes time in helping the agent develop. As it's difficult to keep the agent of the dialer door long periods of time.

My overall review of a typicall working day

a typical work day is servicing customers with good customer service and always seeing to there needs and making sure what they are calling for is dealt with. i have a very good understanding with mu co-workers and love working ain my team and others i have learnt alot from the time i have started here, meaning how to deal with different problems on a daily bases and most of all working with different sort of customers from other countries because i do work for a uk based company. i enjoy working with my co-workers because a happy environment gives a happy outcome. dealing with customers querys on a daily bases because you face different issues everyday

Excellent customer care skills,.

A good relationship of between the co-workers is a high light. A typical work day. I enjoy the appreciation i get from customer when their services they order from me are up and running helping the business operate and the thanks we get for an irate customer when we have resolved his query. I have learnt to have patience and to multi task.I have taught myself to walk in someones shoes. The biggest challenge is not having an enough support system to help the customer to the fullest. As most people with knowledge of the business process have left it can be difficult to get the full know how of how to go about resolving certain queries.

Pros: Great opportunity to getting ahead in the company.

Need To grow in the telecommunication industry

I am a dynamic, self-motivated career oriented with a passion of dealing with people. I am eager to learn and prepared to face any challenges which may come across. I am a hard worker and a very responsible person. In addition, I am capable of dealing with all type of people in a friendly manner including those situations where there is a lot of stress involved. Ability to work under pressure I am Pro-active and Energetic also have strong communication skills and in English (written & verbal) good planning and organizational skills

Working at Telkom for 6 years in the call centre has thought me a lot, working with people who have so much information to share not only about work but about life itself. Telkom was a home away from home with bothers and sisters who are always there to give a helping hand whenever any of us is down and thought me to love and respect the person next to me and open up to ask and give help when required. The call centre is a challenging job with a lot of pressure but being in the Technical support for many years has thought me to be able to work with all kinds of people in terms of customer and to handle all kinder of pressure as you required to assist the customer telephonecally and maintain good stets. Now being at WNS for a year in the very same environment has thought me to lead by an example to the new people and share the very same information i got during my Telkom days

Good environment to work lots of learning opportunities

On my day to day at work most of the time I do couching , managing teams making sure the team members meet the merits , working hand in hand with management and team members listening to calls advice my teams members where applicable, giving you product training. The most important thing I have learnt is to work with people be interactive at all time , when ever I seat with my members on dayly meeting hearing there experience on calls Most challenging aspects is when team mates work against me in meeting targets

Excellent opportunity

y name is Gugulethu Msomi, im very passtionate at what i do, very loyal, puntual, My work experiences are i have worked at the Councillors office in Lamontville as an adminstrator and a Persoanl assistance and have worked a Statistic SA as a Supervior, and also have call centre experience and retail. and also at the current employment im working in i have IT experience, working with advanced customer configuring routers, emails and resetting passwords

Excellent learning curve

Great learning dvelopment programs. Updates on product and systems. Relationship with co workers are excellent. I've learnt a lot for the 4 years that i've been working there. Assisting clients to the best of our ability and professionalism. The only challenge for me is the fact that there's no real reward for top performers incentive wise and no perfomance bonus.
