Excellent customer care skills.

2.A good relationship of between the co-workers is a high light. A typical work day. I enjoy the appreciation i get from customer when their services they order from me are up and running helping the business operate and the thanks we get for an irate customer when we have resolved his query. I have learnt to have patience and to multi task.I have taught myself to walk in someones shoes. The biggest challenge is not having an enough support system to help the customer to the fullest. As most people with knowledge of the business process have left it can be difficult to get the full know how of how to go about resolving certain queries.

Pros: Great opportunity to getting ahead in the company.
Cons: Long working hours

My Call Centre Job

I am a 29 year old woman with kids, I enjoy being around and working with people. At the call centre i speak with different people every day and and get to know different kind of people and the way they act, i have now learn to mange and calm down a angry person. In this job we work in teams that are mananged by a team leader, this is the person who looks after a team and make sure that we do our job and we work as the family. I enjoy working with them we are like a family that is forever laughing and we treat each other with respect. Talking is one of the thinks i like to do so this job keep me doing what i enjoy the most

Pros: Call centre have lot of work to do and one can talk from the morning till you leave but its also shows you the different people around you

Would like to work for an employer that values customer satisfaction

Enjoy my job, the greatest challenge is to interact with different people every day and it give me great satisfaction to be able to solve customer complaints or queries at meet their demands or expectation.

Pros: the company offer room for growth if you are willing to climb up and move within the company. If you are not working hard you will not reap the benefits
Cons: Long hours that required dedication and dilligence

Experiential and learning curve

open space with growth and opportunities for promotion. It is a free and casual environment with friendly co-workers. I have learnt customer support and have increased my communication skills. The most challenging aspect would be meeting KPIs while having to deal with difficult customers. I enjoyed having to help a customer at first call.

Excellent learning curve

Great Company to work for and even better to work on the BGR campaign because the customer are the ones that makes your day so much more memorable. The relationship that you build between your colleagues is very important because you going to spend most of your day with them so make it worth it.

Hard worker

it really feels good to work in the call centre industry because you talk with different and new voices every day. I think i wl also enjoy this job if you can give me a chance you will see all my hard working

Customer impulse my energy to the top with their quarries.

Working at our company is nice. The only thing that I've got a problem with is money now because in this world you need money to buy a home and car. Working at my company is a good place for young minded and teens who's staring of in this world.

Pros: Learning from the customers everyday
Cons: Not having transport to go home after eleven.
