My Call Centre Job

I am a 29 year old woman with kids, I enjoy being around and working with people. At the call centre i speak with different people every day and and get to know different kind of people and the way they act, i have now learn to mange and calm down a angry person. In this job we work in teams that are mananged by a team leader, this is the person who looks after a team and make sure that we do our job and we work as the family. I enjoy working with them we are like a family that is forever laughing and we treat each other with respect. Talking is one of the thinks i like to do so this job keep me doing what i enjoy the most

Pros: Call centre have lot of work to do and one can talk from the morning till you leave but its also shows you the different people around you

Learning curve

It's very busy at work, I work very hard. I work well in a team and for co workers i have a good relationship with them. What i"ve learnt is, the harder you work the more achievement you get. I love working in a team.

Pros: great opportunity for achievement

Excellent at learning and applying what I have learnt

I am a believer in anything she/he can do, I can to as well. And that work done by a team will always surpass that which is done alone. Every objective or goal can be achieved, it takes commitment, dedication and willingness. The best challenge is being able change an angry customer to a happy one because if one can accomplish that, any other challenge can be accomplished.

Amazing working environment

Work is great getting to meet different kinds of people. There experience its great for an IT graduate. There Ops are very lovey. Opportunities for growth are available within the organization.

Excellent Learning Curve

I work under pressure Team work is the main key One thing i have learnt is time keeping ,what i enjoy the most is spending time and working with my tea mates they motivate me an i always grow and learn new things everyday.

Not good

The environment is not appealing for workers,not much attention to the employees as per motivation however critism is always there which drags one down.Afraid of management because they are mighty tgan others.

Great place for Growth

Good environment to learn new technology. There are many excellent IT Specialist around, Comfortable area to work within.Great bunch of technical people to work with. Hours are great. Finish the job and go home. No working from home.“Not that bad in the begging until you realize what is going on” - Flexible hours - Certain colleagues were nice.Colleagues are extremely helpful and considerate to one another Latest technologies at your fingertips Creates massive inter personal skills Soft People have a good worth ethic Free Pop Cons Month Ends

Excellent learning curve but looking for better opportunities

relationship with my co workers is excellent and also a typical work day is challenging everyday and also the knowledge that i have picked up has helped me here in the company and i do like dealing with customer enquiries

Pros: enjoy solving customers problems
Cons: working hours not adequate and also no transport for home time public and private
