Excellent Learning Curve

Being employed at the WNS company has opened many doors for me and I have learnt a lot as an individual and as a sales person. The company holds strong values of Team work and also encourages personal growth of every employee. As an SMBS Otbound agent I handle small, medium business enterprises. This gives me a sense of responsibility as I have to provide solutions for the businesses and maintain clients relationship. I contact customers on a daily basis introducing new products, upgrading and upselling to make their business efficient. This includes products such as Mobile, LTE, Fibre and FLLA. I have learnt a lot over the past 3 years but most of all is to be true to who you are and stand for your values so no matter where you go you don’t compromise your worth.

Good working place

I believe that I am very much qualified for this position because I am able to work under pressure filled environment, I am able to meet deadlines whenever I am required to and exceed the targets given to me. Lastly I put my best effort in everything I do until I master it and can pass on that knowledge to the next person. This has made me the top agent in my team and I know if I continue in the path I am heading towards I will be an asset to the business.

Excellent customer care skills,Taught me the ability multi-task

A good relationship of between the co-workers is a high light. A typical work day. I enjoy the appreciation i get from customer when their services they order from me are up and running helping the business operate and the thanks we get for an irate customer when we have resolved his query. I have learnt to have patience and to multi task.I have taught myself to walk in someones shoes. The biggest challenge is not having an enough support system to help the customer to the fullest. As most people with knowledge of the business process have left it can be difficult to get the full know how of how to go about resolving certain queries.

Pros: Great opportunity to getting ahead in the company.
Cons: Long working hours

My review about working at WNS

Good day, Kindly be advised, I started working for WNS on the 02/07/2018 in Century City and my experience has been blessed at the company. A typical day for me at WNS is logging in @09:00 am UK time as that is the time when the dialler goes ready. My call to business clients, is to collect money on overdue invoices and to assist the customer to stay out of debt. I can also assist with taking a payments while being on the call, clearing the customer invoice immediately. My relationship with my co-workers are amazing, there is a lot of love, support, understanding, coaching, on the floor between the pods. This is my first time working in a call center but I have learned and gained so much while being here. The thing I enjoy about my work is the staff I work with, the learning opportunities being given example "Lynda.com" and being able to have a good working relationship with our managers. The most challenging aspects I would say was getting use to an ascent and being confident on the call.

Pros: You have to work more than 12 months before applying for a promotion
Cons: The company or business do Shifts but doesn't offer transport

Very Fast learner and love challenges when I work

My Current work environment is challenging and enjoy it. A typical work in the office is all about enjoying my work and solving the customers problem and leaving my customers happy is what makes me happy. The relationship with my co- workers is very much more of family always solving problem together. I Have learnt very much technical issue that I never knew about and much more into customer service side, What I enjoy the most leaving my customers happy and having my co-workers around me. Most Challenging issue is not getting the customers issue resolved and not getting a technician assigned on the customers fault where as the fault has been logged for a long time, that is what frustrates me

Great work experience

Have a great team spirit, get well along with my fellow colleagues i consider them to be amazing people in and out of the business area. I have learnt to be more patient and to be more driven as i have been in the past.

Pros: Great experience learned where customers and responsibility was concerned
Cons: Flexible working hours, if it was that i could start at 8h30-6pm it would have worked amazing.

Self sufficient,work well under pressure, patient, very calm, empathetic.

My typical day at work would start at the canteen with a quick catch up session with my friend. I later go to my managers work station 15 minutes before our shift start for our buzz session as a team, it sets a tone for the day. Even though we work all day we still find time to laugh with my colleagues. Most challenging aspect would be sometimes you want to assist the customer but due to company protocol we unable to. What i enjoy the most is popcorn Fridays.
