Excellent customer care skills,Taught me the ability multi-task.
A good relationship of between the co-workers is a high light. A typical work day. I enjoy the appreciation i get from customer when their services they order from me are up and running helping the business operate and the thanks we get for an irate customer when we have resolved his query. I have learnt to have patience and to multi task.I have taught myself to walk in someones shoes. The biggest challenge is not having an enough support system to help the customer to the fullest. As most people with knowledge of the business process have left it can be difficult to get the full know how of how to go about resolving certain queries.

Great Oppurtunity Earned
Working for WNS was the greatest opportunity I've ever earned, I learnt alot in the technical side and working with computers. I have a good relationship with my supervisor together with my colleagues and my HR i enjoy the atmosphere of my workplace Friday themes recognition of those who do good, The greatest challenge to me in my job is to work on weekends that's the only reason I'm looking for another job.

Great opportunity to review your career
I am currently not working I only do and re-do the applications in companies and because I fought myself to recover everything I try to commit myself with such opportunities that could be able to give me opportunities to take any optional based on my review and aspects .I would like if I could be given a chance to take part in your company as I have obtained skills and knowledge in few years as I was a member of leanership programs in many occasions.

Helpful, polite and solved query fast.
High call volumes Placed subscription order daily and deal with customers queries and complains. Payment related queries mostly and missed magazines. Escalations and correspond by email as well. I work well under pressure and put my best foot forward. Interact with people easily.

Great learning opportunity
I loved working with different personalities. Engaging and learning together. The BGB campaign was great until it was closed down and I didn't have a way home , which forced my hand into resignation.
