I gained the best customer service skills and experience from my current job and working in teams was the most important. For being the best customer service agent there were awards which is encouraging

Leant alot about customer care

I worked for a aircraft campaign with is UK based, I leant alot about customer service, aircrafts and what's the airports all about however the no growth in the company and no motivation for you to go beyond helping your customers and dedicating your self because there are no rewards or any prizes to be won, no bonuses and you never get your insentives. When it comes to the management they are very good people to work withvery helpful and I had the best team, I enjoyed my work so much just that I had pay queries and bieng stuck in one place with more responsibilities is not nice.

Its a good stepping stone and the salary is excellent aswell as the learning experience

I enjoy my time working at the company but there are times i feel that its not for me and times employees get treated unfairly but overall its a balanced​ working experience.

A good experience

Webhelp improved my leadership skills. In terms of working as a team. We were a group of individuals who comes from a diverse background but came together to complete the goal that was required of us.

Excellent

I Nozuko Malgas I was working for Weabhelp company in (UK) assisting customer's for their online shopping. I was working in a campaign called Track and Trace where I was tracking customer's delivery and assisting them about their delivery. I am able to solve problem I was logging complains for customer's taking queries from them. My relationship with my co-workers was very good it has given a knowledge, communication skills and able to handle pressure. I have learn a lot how to make your customer happy and understand their query and going extra miles for them to be assisted. I enjoyed ongoing query to be able to understand and to the investigation for customer to be assisted. Challenges its when customers has not received their parcel's on time.

At my patient as I work with all sorts of people, which is of various ages and languages.

I have learned so much in this pass 3 years because I work with all ages it has taught me how to be patient especially with older clients who is not technology savvy. What I enjoy most is knowing how pleased my clients are with the quality of my service as I'm a firm believer that quality takes preference over quantity. Building relationships with my clients makes them a loyal customer. A typical day at work will be booking flights ,sending out quotations or doing flight changes. We also have a sales division for clients. Each month I would capture the revenue for my department. The most challenging aspect of the work is when flight cancellations happens due to any reason. If you can imagine a group booking with 99 passengers who is not happy that they unable to travel on the day they hoped can get a little hectic however, if I'm being honest I love the challenge as it helps me to be better myself and equip me with more experience on how to de-escalate the situation.

Pros: Get to meet different types of people and get to travel abroad due to company reasons
Cons: I work shifts which means long hours away from my family.

Excellent learning phase

The current ohase at webhelp there is little to no grow thus the reason why im making application fir new jobs ,, the work life balance nit much really enslaved to the shift work .

Great opportunity to gain experience with customer service.

Working in a call center gives you the opportunity to grow and to gain experience with customers, learning different ways in the work place,basically to better yourself at your job.
