Great experience
A typical day at work would be where I get bored of doing the same thing everyday, I have a good relationship with my co-workers both at work and at home. I have leaned how to help the customers at the best of my ability making sure that they are happy with the resolution given to the customer, how to probe and be patient and listen at all times. What I enjoy is helping the customers and having a great relationship and understanding with my co-workers. The most challenging things is not resolving the customer query and having the customer come back again for help( no resolution) and not reaching your targets.

Its an environment worth exploring
I have experience on how to deal with customers from another part of the world who find it hard at times to understand due to the different accent and how to deal with people that come and go in the call center environment due to changes that happen. I enjoy building relationships with different people every day and how they react to situations that occur in the workplace we are in.

Excellent learning curve
It's a very busy company with great values and different types of people more especially young people. I've learnt that it is important to work with a team and also assisting where possible can open doors for you. I enjoy the vibrant environment and also the recognition the company provides to its employees. The challenges of the place is the shift rotations.

Multi tasking and communication skills
I can handle pressure and I understand internationally accents whereby I use my intellectuall skills to prove that am a dedicated employee and liase well with every customer although some are irate but I make them understand that il do my best to assist them.

Great work environment
Working with many different personalities Diverse, fun working environment Assisting customers, and managing customer expectations. What i enjoy most is providing great customer service, which makes customers feel valued. The most difficult part of the job is when a customers expectations cannot be met, I would then as an experienced advisor speak calmly to the customer and look to give them options as to how we can best get the issue resolved.

Excellent growth opportunities
I started working for the company in June, but within the period i have worked here i have grown so much. I was a sales person,i have an experience in selling and convincing customers to buy products, but when Web help had the opportunity in Customer services for their airline campaign(EasyJet) i thought i should try it. At first it was very tough for me , but i learned how to put the other people's needs first, how important it is to be patient, resilient and attentive as a person who work with people. I work for an airline campaign now,assisting customer with queries regarding their flights,booking and cancelling flights for them and giving refunds where it is necessary. They needed people in a delivery campaign to assist just for the peak season and because they saw all the qualities i was luck and i was also chosen to assist in the campaign.

I learn fast and i do my work vey good
A work day with laughter and joy would do me right as i would meet my target and do my job beautifully right,The most challenging aspect in the job is meeting the outstanding target with less time to do the job but i enjoy working under pressure, and learn more about my work it helps to keep up with the pressure of the work industry.

Hard worker
Good team player and a hardworker. Always willing to learn. Good day I am a young woman who is very hard working and outgoing. Love working in a team and working night shift. Did a short cours under Early Childhood Education .Than worked in a call center environment I was a call center Advisor, Deputy Team Leader than Quality Coach. Have worked with UK based customer for 2 years. Kind Regards
