I have learnt how to communicate with international customers and I dI'd make sure that I get 10 out of 10 for my quality assurance and feedback from the customers, I have learnt how to work with both irrate and normal customers.This company dedicated me to the point that I know how important it is to assist someone with something they don't know.

Great learning opportunity
We take calls help customers with the queries they have placing orders, statements,returns,logging formal complaints,chasing orders. We always try to assist each other especially when having an irate customer, we always try to make our environment vibrant and pleasant.

Am a good person with attributes and more skills in communication
My work is good as I deal with international customers and we work shifted hours aswell The relationship with co-workers is great they do have support and even my team we work hard to achieve our target by serving customers I have learnt to work smartly and put effort in every work to produce good results Iinteacting with customer,helping people,blessing people and loving them aswell Challenging aspects are not that much just to listen and observ on what customer wants

Company
My company I'm currently working at, is a good company. There is growth yes,but there is too much favouritism. My day to day job is to help customers via Live Chat, capture their details,resolve a query on my own. There's times when they ask us to take calls. I do some of my manager's work, that is just to help out in between my work. The reason why I want to look for a new challenge is, we work so much late shifts,no time for family, no weekends off and no Christmas bonus, you have to work to get it and not a company contribution. Please consider my application. Thank you.

Excellent opportuny to work with people and coach agents.
Typical day at work is full of laughter because of my team mates . I am very close to my team mates as we even feel like a family . I have learnt to be be patient , accept everyone and their differences and also be patient with call center agents as they have it rough as well. Leaving work after reaching my target and my manager recognises it. Having disputes from agents that don't want to be marked down for what they did wrong on calls.

Great contact centre
The corporate culture at Webhelp is very professional and cultivating of a very good work environment and personal professionalism. The growth opportunities at Webhelp is very regular and encouraging for internal staff to improve their careers. The experience and training offered at Webhelp is very up-to-date and hands-on, creating a good relationship between managers and their agents. The Executive Committee is always busy with new projects and all members of management are kept informed about the progress of current projects.

Great experience in a call centre environment
I have to say that this has been a great experience to me personally... I would say that the only thing that keep me going is the love and courage from my support system... The relationship I have built with my loyal customer keeping track of what's happening in their personal lives ... Some of them just calling in to ask how I'm doing, thats the thing I love most is the bond I have with my team working together has been one of our greater strength's, the thing that excites me most is the little competitions that's being held on a daily basis where the is prize's that is being given away. The challenges I face is the shifted hours I have to work and not being balanced when it comes to diet lol but I honestly do love what im doing I guess I'm ready to face some new challenges.:)

Excellent learning curve
I am aHard working committed; honest; reliable young women. I am fast learner. I enjoy communicating and being happy. I adapt easily in any environment. I have interpersonal skills. I have excellent written and communication skills. I have experience in administration; sales; customer service and data capturing.

Good communication experience
I had a great time working with different people because we were always changing to different team, which made it very easy to get to know each other. When you need help you can easily communicate with the colleague. I really enjoyed helping customers, owever sometimes you will have to deal with a very difficult customer maybe he didn't get help from the previous agent and I need to makesue that they a extremely happy by the time we done with the call. Sometimes you will get a call from someone that just want to insult you because she was not provided what they requested due to some reasons and now is angry.
