I am a self motivated and people orientated person. i am positive in my approach..

The company im at is great as it is a well known intwrnational company spread across several countries. I enjoy the fast paced environment, the great staff i work with, however, I feel the need of a career change as the daily function no longer offers me competition and that i can do my job closed eyes. I have been in the services industry for more than 15 years, and as a 37 year old male, I am looking for better prospects and a better challenge.

Growth

Working at Webhelp was a great experience there was plenty of room for growth, great working environment, excellent co workers. Providing exceptional customer service for diverse or wide range of people telephonically for UK . Different races and hearing and understanding different accents and be able to provide best service was what we would all do as consultants I really enjoyed it. Although we would struggle at times to grasp certain accents but we managed.

I am a hardworker love working in teams

I am a hard worker love working in teams reaching team goals and targets. helping our customers on a daily basis is a journey i enjoy. most challenging aspects would be reaching targets however if u time manage, and stick to script all is well

Excellent working invironment

Wokrking at Webhelp is a good experiance , normal working invironment. the people here are very nice , even the team managers are very helpful and very nice. I have learnt a lot from the company. The best moments were when i received my incentive of the full amount , that basically means i met all the requirements as an individual on my team. The most challenging part of the job , is the shifts until 1.00 pm and salary is not enough, which is not a good thing for me. Either than than that , everything is fine.

Passionate

We need to log in because we get calls from customers service advisors for help, in the meantime we dealing with customers emails in which 7 emails per hour are required. We have quite a few work types but the customer emails are the bulk of our work. I am also one of the few agents who are selected to deal with customer formal complaints in which the company can be sued if dealt with incorrectly. My teammates often need my assistance with complicated queries and I enjoyed offering my help. I would also help my manager with his tasks from time to time because I'm eager to grow.

Good learning curve

deals with UK based customers,helping them with their phone bills and any phone related queries.Also helps with online shopping and solving issues with their deliveries and tracking orders

Good platform for development if connected.

I learned how to deal with difficult customers and standing my ground and selling the company positively. I have also mastered how to keep calm when customers are shouting & swearing. The environment I work in is quite stressful and you have to make use of your off days wisely and take time to rest. Working with different time zones also makes it very challenging.

Cons: Working with different time zone.
