Good place to start of a learning career and obtain money to further studies

As the company being a UK based company or clientele we work on a shift basis in which all holidays are normal workdays throughout the year except for Christmas alone. This derails most employers as they are unable to bond with their children and families as when given off days most people are either at work and school. Incentive structure is forever being changed when advisors have finally gotten used to it and keep meeting targets the company sits down and to make it even more difficult for the incentive structure to be met. With all these structures theres forever pay queries people not getting paid what's due to them on time and advisors needing to always chase up on what's rightfully theirs. Its a great company but theres lack of transparency on the day to day operations decisions are made abruptly and all employees are to abide by them with no consultation or discussion.

Cons: Always working o all holidays be in our own in SA or UK every day is business day

Excellent learning point

Had a chance to learn more customer service points , how to deal with difficult customers how to understand customer view, learned more of the listening ,outing customer needs first being the best I can throughout at all times

Excellent learning curve and opportunities

3years inbound call center experience and Team leader.2years outbound agent. I enjoy working as a team leader as i have interpersonal skills and good communication skills.i enjoy grooming individuals and seeing them go to next level

Great life learning experience

A typical work day would be taking calls assisting customers with payments, returns, balance disputes, retail complaints, credit complaints. My relationship with my co workers is great in my team we’re truly a family. I’ve gained true sisters and brothers. I’ve learnt to be a teammate, an advisor and to be patient when assisting customers. Challenges would be earnings wise where I’d love to earn a bonus.

Great experience

I have a very good relationship with co-workers, I know how to work well with other people.i have learned not to take everything personal in a workplace and Webhelp help has thought me how to be flexible base on the shifts that I work. Solving the customers query makes me happy especially if I manage to calm them down when they called in very irate. The most challenging aspects has to be remaining calm when the customer is being abusive and unreasonable,but that also helped me to improve my communication skills and also made me be able to take the ownership of the query, no matter how hard it is.

Excellent learning curve

Fast paced environment, very flexible, busy, friendly supporting environment, . I have learned how too deal with clients , being flexible and target focused and client satisfaction. Challenges are the rotation shifts. Seeking employment in my current field of passion and study.

Given the ability to multitask

A day at work is extremely busy but you have to be able to multitask and take the task at hand with great responsibility. This line of work requires you to focus and understand the problem at hand before moving to the next. The relationship with colleagues is very welcoming and everyone gets to know one another. I enjoy the fact that I'm in a working environment where I'm able to learn as well .

Learning a lot

Good day This job is a good learning opportunity with alot of good people who loves working together and giving each other motivation. I like working here but I would like to broaden my knowledge closer to home Thank you in advance Micaela Cockrell

Wouldn't consider it to anyone

So there is no growth opportunity withing the call centre, lack of communication when important news needs to be relayed to employees, no parking available for advisors, salary can be better, no provident fund.

Excellent learning curve

Would have loved to stay longer however it was a three month contract. I have gained alot of insight and experience being a live webchat advisor. I have more call experience for nearly four years as a debt collector and new business consultant was upskilled for customer service and document vetting.
