Great start for a beginner
webhelp is a great company very nice managers everything was relaxed the atmosphere was amazing meeting new clients every year and developing new growth it is a great company for beginners but if you have a family you should get you a job with proper benefits the only benefit webhelp has is medical aid. The most challenging thing about webhelp is that you need to be a quick learner because then you'll make it to the top easily and if they see the potential in you then they'll help you get to the position that you've been aiming for.

Seeking growth
Relationship with colleagues is great, good atmosphere but little communication from management to advisors. Fridays is the best days at work because they play questions and answer games, as such has should u ou get it right you win a prize or vouchers. There is alot of work but no growth and that is why I would like to work for a company who keeps to their growth promises.
Pros: Very nice place to work at
Cons: Poor communication levels from management to advisors and poor planning of shifts and incentives

Easy working environment
I've worked for the company before so I just needed to brush up on my knowledge. It's easy to deal with customers as the policies are straight forward. Typical day consists of booking and assisting with flight queries.

Excellent leaning curve
I am writing to apply for the Position advertised I believe I am an ideal candidate for the Position, because I am honest, hardworking and loyal person. I work well with people of all levels. I am focused, tenacious and very meticulous on everything I do. I have a passion for Customer service, which is very important when working with people, that is why I studied Business Administration . Having worked as an Field Sales Manager I have come to love servicing to customer, needs, and efficiency n my daily stats, plan and enforce new marketing ideas, sales and marketing, data capturing, Project Manager supporter and I have learned the importance of time management, quality assurance service, communication skills, multi tasking and to work under pressure. Hard working
I am a very target driven person that up for all kinds of challenges. Sales my strong point. I kill in customer service as I use to coach to upskill advisors from service to sales or the other way around.

Where I used to work,
, you get to meet a lot of people with different Where I used to work, I worked with a lot of people. This was a great deal for me because I got to learn a lot. I got to understand emotional intelligence better. Working with a lot of people, you get to meet a lot of people with different personalities. Their management skills was not as great, but I persevered and until I was appointed as a trainer. This is where I was introduced to leadership skills. How to maintain great relationships with people I was with,etc. I enjoyed being a trainer the most. I learnt a lot, unfortunately it was only for 6 months. The most challenging aspect was management. Office Administration level 4
It is good to work there but my contract is coming to an end at the end of this year. The relationship with the co-workers is because we work as a team and we help each other. Get to know each other well and learn new skills. The management is friendly and you approach them any time for help. I enjoy working there and i adapted working underpressure . People are not the same but as a person that is trained for the job i have know that customers are always right and i don't have to undermine their rights.

Good company
Working at webhelo, is one of the best things ever. The workplace is fin to be at. Fun activities each month. A whole lot of celebrations. To keeps us motivated. A lot of appreciation. Even though the company lacks communications but its still a great place to be under. I would most definitely recommend it to someone else. Cause there is a lot ig growth there. You just have to work hard to earn that.

Excellent learning curve
Typical work day is call after call,but I like that makes the day go by quickly. I had a good relationship with my co-workers nd I learned that I am very good at customer service whether it be on the phone or face to face. Helping my customer nd getting to know them

rkiits a great environment just the growth was very slow, too much favoritism Relationship with co-workers was great I enjoyed helping my colleagues achieve the respective business targets and excelling in our roles making sure things were done according to the business processes the most challenging aspects of the job was having a difficult conversation with an agent who was in breach of compliance but at the end of the day when a compliance breach occurred following process had to be seen to the end
