, you get to meet a lot of people with different Where I used to work, I worked with a lot of people. This was a great deal for me because I got to learn a lot. I got to understand emotional intelligence better. Working with a lot of people, you get to meet a lot of people with different personalities. Their management skills was not as great, but I persevered and until I was appointed as a trainer. This is where I was introduced to leadership skills. How to maintain great relationships with people I was with,etc. I enjoyed being a trainer the most. I learnt a lot, unfortunately it was only for 6 months. The most challenging aspect was management. Great experience

Working with UK based customers was very challenging especially the language barrier but I managed to work hard and assist customers to the best of my ability. I recently relocated from Johannesburg to Durban with the hope for growth and exciting opportunities

Great learning

Great environment that I worked in , the people at the company was really nice and friendly , I have learnt a lot while I was employed for a year . Webhelp was just a bit far from home but I enjoyed travelling .tithe u.k people were very friendly and cooperative most of the time .

Excellent learning curve

Typical work day is call after call,but I like that makes the day go by quickly. I had a good relationship with my co-workers nd I learned that I am very good at customer service whether it be on the phone or face to face. Helping my customer nd getting to know them

Relationship with co-workers was great I enjoyed helping my colleagues.

rkiits a great environment just the growth was very slow, too much favoritism Relationship with co-workers was great I enjoyed helping my colleagues achieve the respective business targets and excelling in our roles making sure things were done according to the business processes the most challenging aspects of the job was having a difficult conversation with an agent who was in breach of compliance but at the end of the day when a compliance breach occurred following process had to be seen to the end

Everyone is given an opportunity to learn

My typical day at work includes assisting customers place orders and return faulty items online.My relationship with co-workers is fantastic and strictly professional.I have learnt that the customer is always right,no matter how angry the customer is always put yourself in their position.What I enjoy the most is responding to customers queries via email.The most challenging aspect about the job is when we have back to back calls and you still needs to annotate each customers account after the call.

Great contact centre

The corporate culture at Webhelp is very professional and cultivating of a very good work environment and personal professionalism. The growth opportunities at Webhelp is very regular and encouraging for internal staff to improve their careers. The experience and training offered at Webhelp is very up-to-date and hands-on, creating a good relationship between managers and their agents. The Executive Committee is always busy with new projects and all members of management are kept informed about the progress of current projects.

Pros: Socialising and newtworking, skills enhancement, top-end customer service experience
Cons: No cons that I can think of

Great experience

I have an excellent relationship with my co workers and I always tend to learn from them and see how things are from their perspective. Time management and integrity is something I have learnt at Webhelp and this has made me a better employee and even a asset to the company . I enjoy the environment and all the co workers around me as they do make it better at work . The most challenging aspect would be trying to de escalate from an irate customer and trying to explain statements to a customer .
