Excellent place to learn but no growth
Working at Webhelp is great in a sense that you are surrounded by great people but there is little growth for us Black people, the focus one sided. I have a great relationship with my co-workers, we ensure that we assist each other in whatever you are struggling with. I have learnt great communication skills, listening skills and the ability to work in a team. The most challenging aspects of the job, is the fact that you do not know what to expect from the client buT you have to be able to tackle whatever comes your way and ensure that the customer is satisfied and you have solved the query at hand.

Typical working day.
The hours are a bit excessive and commission structure isn't the greatest but decent. We get to utilize a company vehicle so no petrol cost is incurred on our own pockets.

Excellent
I Nozuko Malgas I was working for Weabhelp company in (UK) assisting customer's for their online shopping. I was working in a campaign called Track and Trace where I was tracking customer's delivery and assisting them about their delivery. I am able to solve problem I was logging complains for customer's taking queries from them. My relationship with my co-workers was very good it has given a knowledge, communication skills and able to handle pressure. I have learn a lot how to make your customer happy and understand their query and going extra miles for them to be assisted. I enjoyed ongoing query to be able to understand and to the investigation for customer to be assisted. Challenges its when customers has not received their parcel's on time.

A good review
Webhelp is a good company to work for in general. Basic medical aid is 100%, with options to upgrade at own expense. The hours are reasonable, working every other weekend. But work transport is a bit chaotic, better structure can be implemented.

Its a good stepping stone and the salary is excellent aswell as the learning experience
I enjoy my time working at the company but there are times i feel that its not for me and times employees get treated unfairly but overall its a balanced working experience.

A good experience
Webhelp improved my leadership skills. In terms of working as a team. We were a group of individuals who comes from a diverse background but came together to complete the goal that was required of us.

This would be an awesome experience with lots of new challenges
Work at webhelp was convient, it just too me one taxi to get to my place of work. My team was fun and exciting. Having to work in a team made working with difficult customers a bit easier. I had different types of managers whilst working at webhelp. Every manager not as great as you would expect, they seem to be more invested in themselves as to the team they supposed to manage. Overall is was a good experience.

Good customer engagement
I am working as an Advisor in customer service. We work as a team and we have great time to work as a team. We have great team work together. I have learned different types of personalities in different people. I enjoyed creating conversations between me and my customers. The most challenging part is when a customer came through angry and doesn't want to listen to anything you are trying to explain. That's it. Thanks,

Office Administration level 4
It is good to work there but my contract is coming to an end at the end of this year. The relationship with the co-workers is because we work as a team and we help each other. Get to know each other well and learn new skills. The management is friendly and you approach them any time for help. I enjoy working there and i adapted working underpressure . People are not the same but as a person that is trained for the job i have know that customers are always right and i don't have to undermine their rights.
