Best work place

It's an excellent company that always put their customers and employees needs first,ww believe. In team work and giving our employees a chance to be something w more I have learnt a lot about customers service in the company that I feel it's time to share my knowledge of what type of ,first we identifycustomee service a customer need to identify the customer need or frustration and apologies if need be an and assist

Nice working experience And learning

*I have very hectic days at work but I do reach the number of required people or sourcing people *I have a very good relationship with my workers we have the strongest of relationship good communication skills and learnt to understand each other *I've learnt the skills of mastering things in a much more faster pace, having to form relationships. Customer services in a way when communicating with customers. *I've enjoyed sourcing, communicating to clients and candidates as well as doing fingerprints. *Having to get 30+ people for a specific intake

Good customer engagement

I am working as an Advisor in customer service. We work as a team and we have great time to work as a team. We have great team work together. I have learned different types of personalities in different people. I enjoyed creating conversations between me and my customers. The most challenging part is when a customer came through angry and doesn't want to listen to anything you are trying to explain. That's it. Thanks,

Good learning experience and expanding knowledge

Good company to work for, there is minimal growth however the learning experience is good . I have gained multiple levels of knowledge. I have worked as a stand-in manager, shadowed QAs, and did reports for operations managers.

You will learn how to be a team player as well as working well on your own.

Travelling to Claremont is a bit of a struggle as there is only one road into and out of Claremont and the main road is constantly busy and one could easily get knocked by a car. The advisors and staff are all warm and friendly and makes it difficult to leave as real friendships are formed here. I enjoy the staff most and that's typically what keeps me here. There are contstant system issues and during peak there is not always enough space for everyone to log in and work. The opportunity to grow is there however, it takes lots of courage and real determination to get any role within the business.

Pros: The staff is all great.
Cons: Travelling to work and the slow/no interent available to complete daily work tasks.

It's a good learning experience.

We assist customer's by helping them place orders,returns and statement.I am able to assist new people so they are comfortable.I have learnt how to keep a good credit score.I enjoy having to teach and make customer's know how their accounts work.The most challenging aspect is making customer's understand how they got their account owing alot of interest.

Pros: One will be able to maintain a good credit score and if not they will be able to understand the reason behind it.
Cons: The normal work hours 9 or 10 and the hour lunch break is not paid,some time we work 11 hours when its peck and it is not considered as overtime so its normal rate. There is no financial freedom.

Everyone is given an opportunity to learn

My typical day at work includes assisting customers place orders and return faulty items online.My relationship with co-workers is fantastic and strictly professional.I have learnt that the customer is always right,no matter how angry the customer is always put yourself in their position.What I enjoy the most is responding to customers queries via email.The most challenging aspect about the job is when we have back to back calls and you still needs to annotate each customers account after the call.
