Wouldn't consider it to anyone
So there is no growth opportunity withing the call centre, lack of communication when important news needs to be relayed to employees, no parking available for advisors, salary can be better, no provident fund.

Its a good stepping stone and the salary is excellent aswell as the learning experience
I enjoy my time working at the company but there are times i feel that its not for me and times employees get treated unfairly but overall its a balanced working experience.

Excellent learning experience
Lot's of learning opportunities and very helpful in terms of coaching and knowing where to improve. The environment provided is a fun place to work at. What I enjoyed the most was getting goody bags as appreciation for our hard work and the recognition. The challenging part about our work for me was not reaching my target.

Great experience
I have tons of experience in the Call Centre industry, I have worked for international and national companies, from retail to travel campaigns. Throughout my experience I have learnt good work ethics, I have learnt a very crucial quality in this industry a good customer service, yes I have made mistakes but I learned from them with the support of my team leader, and we always had a great work relationship, I loved assisting my co workers whenever I can. I was always open for learning, just because I have experience I never showed arrogance. I have had my fun and bad times in the Call Centre industry, but through it all I have always motivated myself to to better the next day.

Great place to work in
Webhelp is a great place to work great environment great team leaders I enjoyed working there and I've grown the only problem is their pay queries and I hope they can work on that and their shifts as well they not work and life balance.

UK Based excellent training
No real growth opportunities. Long hours due to daylight savings. Been with the company 3 years but only moved across different lines of business. No team building. The bar set high for incentives

Growth with in the company
I've been a loyal worker at Webhelp where I've grown from a Team leader to an Auditor due to the the set of skills the I have it has been a great pleasure working for Webhelp ube taken away a lot interms of learning how to interact with different people how to manager a group of people with different elements of understanding I've learned that everyone pace of thinking is not the same an patients is something one has to have while working with people towards a curtain goal It is time for me to take my set of skills and apply the. Knowledge I've gained within a different company

Was ok...
Learned a lot of hard lessons. Its like most companies work you to the bone and don't appreciate what you bring to the company. Made fond memories where I can however sooner or later I knew it was time to move on.

Excellent place to learn but no growth
Working at Webhelp is great in a sense that you are surrounded by great people but there is little growth for us Black people, the focus one sided. I have a great relationship with my co-workers, we ensure that we assist each other in whatever you are struggling with. I have learnt great communication skills, listening skills and the ability to work in a team. The most challenging aspects of the job, is the fact that you do not know what to expect from the client buT you have to be able to tackle whatever comes your way and ensure that the customer is satisfied and you have solved the query at hand.
